Really straightforward experience – used AI and WhatsApp to really speed the process along. Highly recommend!

We have used Koodoo twice now - for refixing our mortgage and then for moving house. They were excellent!

Mansi helped us out the first time and just recently Dan helped us with our new mortgage application. Both times have been incredibly quick, smooth and easy.

Jennifer was also brilliant at keeping us updated. I never had to chase or worry! Communication has been 5* star and all of the team are incredibly friendly & approachable. Being able to do a lot of the contact via email was also very helpful for me, rather than long tedious appointments.

Thanks to Koodoo we have avoided a lot of stress 🙂

I was remortgaging my house and came across Koodoo via a mortgage comparison website. I was apprehensive at first, having never heard of them before, but Rina at Koodoo was extremely efficient with just the right amount of prompting and help. I was very impressed with her personally and also the company - would definitely use and recommend them in the future

I just spent over an hr with Walter , the Koodoo angel. I needed to add my daughter to my account with a new plan and keep her old service provider number , done digitally as I am in a different province. Add to that my boomer technology challenge and having to communicate to my daughter, in the middlenof a BBQ, via text while in the phone. It was complicated but WALTER from Koodoo never flinched, never voiced frustration even while being disconnected a few times..

Effective, efficient and great communication making the process very easy and stress free.

We had been let down by our estate agents recommended and associated mortgage broker at the final stages of our move. My wife found Koodoo through Clearscore and what a fantastic team they are. Akshata and Dan were our 2 contacts and they were absolutely brilliant. Perfect advice throughout and constant updates allowed us to sort a mortgage in possibly record time and allowed us to move house. We couldn't recommend them enough.

Excellent service from Jennifer and the team at Koodoo they were very fast and efficient in securing us a mortgage and made the Morgage application process a lot less stressful. Jennifer was approachable responsive and efficient, she chased the solicitors up on our behalf many times when we experienced any delays. I will not hesitate to contact the team again when we are due to Re Mortgage.

Great service from Mansi, she has been super helpful, very approachable and kept me up to date with the whole process. They do request a lot of documents up front, but this made the actual process super quick as the lender approved the mortgage within a week, from the submission, I think (this was inc the mortgage survey as well!) Highly recommended :)

Dan was absolutely amazing! We were with another broker who was rubbish & changed to koodoo. We didn't expect them to be quite as excellent as they were they keep you informed daily & are right on top of everything. We then were assigned a case officer Akshata who has been equally as wonderful by contacting our solicitor etc. We would 100%recommend to anyone I just wish we had used them in the first place!

I am a first time buyer and recently work with Koodoo to apply the mortgage from lenders. The mortgage advisor Mansi Behl from Koodoo company did an extremely fantastic job while work with us. The service she supplied is quite professional, patient, and efficient. We finally get a decent deal from the lender. We could not be more than happy to advise property buyers choose Koodoo company and the mortgage advisor Manshi Behl while purchse their property.

My recent financial situation had changed before re-applying for a mortgage, but Mansi really helped me to feel supported the whole way through despite being nervous about my situation. The overall re-mortgaging and application process was straight forward using a mixture of phone calls for specific advice, and also the online portal, and it was very clear what I needed to do and provide each step of the way.

As a first time buyer, Mansi’s advice was invaluable! She made the whole process of finding a mortgage that was right for me stress free. I cannot recommend Koodoo enough!
