Claudine was excellent - gave me really sound advice, always followed up promptly and seemed genuinely invested in getting me the best result, even though on this occasion I didn't end up going with Koodoo and just accepted a product transfer from my existing provider. But the fact that Claudine wasn't at all pushy and helped me double-check this was, in fact, the right decision, is why I'm happy to leave this review and I will definitely speak to Koodoo the next time my mortgage needs refixing.

If you want to remortgage then give Koodoo a try.I did and got an excellent service which could'nt have been bettered.They are a kind responsive group who guide you through every step of the process and if you're eligable will save you wasting time looking for other services.

I dealt with Ritesh, he tried very hard to secure me a mortgage, but was unable to do so because of the way my company is set up. He called me back several times during the course of the morning, keeping me updated, where he was trying different approaches to the lenders, but ultimately we couldn't succeed. I knew it would be a challenge for him, and I am still trying to find a lender, hence why it was so difficult for Ritesh.

Claudine looked after us at all stages of the presses keeping us updated regularly, Very happy with the service.

I approached Koodoo after being left disappointed by our current mortgage brokers who I felt were underperforming in keeping us updated on mortgage rates. With that in mind I went to research other options through the gocompare website. Once I found a mortgage I wanted to go ahead with and requested a broker to contact me, I was contacted by the wonderful Mansi within 30mins.
Mansi was incredibly reactive to our situation and even provided alternative options out of hours when it became apparent we couldn't go for a few of the initial options we had in mind. Throughout the process she was helpful, patient & made things very easy with her expert guidance.
I will definitely be coming back to use Koodoo and have already recommended them to friends & family.

FYI I don't usually leave reviews, but on this occasion I was so impressed by the service I felt the need to.

We worked with Mansi. From our very first conversation she made us feel like her number one priority and determined to get us the very best deal.

I had Ranita take my case on after being told by a previous local mortgage advisor I wouldn’t be able to get the amount I needed. Ranita looked through my documents and was confident she could help. My case was a little difficult due to the way my payslips are split, however after Ranita liaised with the underwriters many times, we managed to get the mortgage offer for the full amount I needed. Alongside all of this, Ranita was more than happy to answer my questions via email or telephone call whenever I had them. I will absolutely be recommending her to friends and family in the future
