I actually hopped on here to review another company, but we recently used Kool Cakes for my nephew's birthday and the cake was so cute and delicious I couldn't help myself.

We bought personalized cupcakes from them and whilst the picture was great the actual cupcakes were so hard, dry and tasteless. When you spend £3 for one cupcake you want something amazing. It was a waste of my money. The service was good.

I have order the cake online and I was a bit nervous as it was a photo with a message for our godparents. The photo was amazing and the cake was perfection 👌. Definitely recommend!

Ordered their fresh cream cakes for years on special occasions.. cake is always light and tasty..I always get great comments. I cannot wait for them to introduce delivery as it is a bit of a trek coming in from Ashford but definitely worth the travel

We use them every year and the reason being that their cakes work to our palate - just the right amount of sweetness and soft sponge. Would highly recommend them!

The cake looked perfect! Exactly what my 11yo wanted. And was absolutely delicious.

The best cake I ever tasted. Everyone liked it. I had ordered for the vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream frosting. It was very delicious. Besides the taste of the cake, the service was also very quick and efficient. I ordered at 9.30 a.m and got it ready for pick up by 4 p.m. The staff was also very friendly. I can definitely say its one of the best cakes I ever had.

My family have been buying cakes from Kool Cakes Bakery for YEARS. Never have we had a problem with their delicious, soft cakes. The consistency of their designs, tastes and the cakes' texture are very impressive which is why I give (on behalf of my family) and 5 star rating :).

They messed up my online order. Had to wait for them to make the delivery. I must say the staff was wonderful and helpful at Kingsbury branch. The order was transferred to Harrow branch.

Website made it so easy to order a cake. Presentation is always perfect and cakes taste amazing. My family love both the vanilla and chocolate signature cakes with optional fruit and jam on the inside. We had ordered a cake last minute for the next day and they were still able to get the cake out on time!
