Great customer service
Great customer service, easy to order and lots of freedom to customise your cake. I also received a telephone call back to confirm requirements, and an advice about lettering on the cake - what will work and what will not. The cake itself was delicious , it was eaten immediately with no left overs!

Amazing cake.
Amazing cake.. very neatly done and perfect for kids at the Nursery and teachers. They all enjoyed and sent me special note to say it was delicious treat.
You guys should start on delivery as it will give working family a flexibility and hassle free so more orders will flow your way. Thanks again.

My Cream Cake hunt...
I thought I couldn’t find a cream cake bakery better than one I was going to for years. I only tried Kool Cakes out because the bakery had great reviews and my old bakery closed down. Kool cakes are actually cool cakes. Will definitely be ordering again soon.
