Loved the entire sales process, and the lounge set I bought is just lovely for that price and it was easy to assemble

The order was delivered quickly and efficiently as always with Koopjedeal.

However, the product itself could be better designed. It is difficult to have the time on continuous display because the screen goes dark quickly, and to turn on the screen is not always handy when on the way (by bike or auto).
It is also difficult to change screens when the activity function, like cycling, is on.

In the picture on the page, the two products were seen together. But it was sold individually. The photo of the product was misleading for me.

Ordered a parasol about 2,5 weeks ago. This morning is the fourth time I'm trying to get in touch with them to get a delivery verification.

When I called them a week ago they told me to "just wait another week and see, and contact us if you still haven't received anything"

They supposedly open at 9 am, but it's 9:20 now and their lines are still unavailable. It automatically hangs up after a prompt to leave a message.

Apart from the fact that it's weird I have to wait so long for a product for which I paid €30(!) Shipping costs. It's even weirder that making sure it gets sent seems to now be my responsibility. Apparantly they do not have the products themselves, since they were not even able to check if the prosuct I ordered had left any storage.

Bad communication and even worse service. I would not recommend placing an order with them.

I experienced the exact same problem as a previous review. I cancelled an order and simply was left at the door by DHL while I stated thru the condo intercom that the order had been refused and that I would not accept the delivery. Nevertheless DHL juat left it at my doorstep anyway. I had to return this huge box myself and pay it by myself. Defenitely not recommenfed

In order to return a product you need to pay because there was no return information or “antwoord nummer”......7.25 euro lighter for absolutely nothing....

Op Black Friday de secret box besteld. Er werd aangegeven dat er minimaal een waarde van €250,- in zou zitten, maar dit blijkt niet te kloppen. Na de geleverde artikelen opgezocht te hebben, kom ik rond de €100,- uit. Tevens stond erbij dat je ook kans maakte op een box met een hogere waarde tot wel €1500,-, maar dat heb ik nog niet voorbij zien komen.

Customer service is slow.
The device I bought was delivered with a crappy unsafe power adapter. They take absolutely no responsibility and point to their supplier. No attempt whatsoever from their side to resolve the issue.

Delayed shippment without any notice. Customer service not reachable via chat, twitter, phone or email. Horrible experience.
