Great experience for expats. My wife and I had a really great experience with them. since first time we saw the ad until we were told we can rent the apartment there were less than 48 hours. everything moved fast and great. Highly recommend this company, especially for foreigners/expats.

It is a comfort to know that your agency takes care of your property in a very attentive and pragmatic manner if you live and work on another continent. The team of Koops is alert to the needs of the owner and of the leasing party. A new lease was found within one week of the coosure of the former, showing their solid database and network.

We're a family with a baby that rented a property via Koops in the Centrum of Haarlem and everything was amazing until the point they sourced a new neighbour upstairs that made our life a living hell.
We had to leave the apartment and that was when the problem started: Koops and the landlord want to makes us pay until they find a new tenant even though our contract ended on April 30th.
Pure scam and dodgy trying to solve a problem they created when we were living peacefully.
Avoid them at all cost. The landlord and the real estate Stephanie Loos denied responsibilities all the time and only care about the money.
