The food was incredible, but the service itself was dreadful. We asked three times for lettuces, as we ordered More bbq beef (I didn’t get any lettuces) ended up eating the meat without the lettuces.
Not once did any of the staff ask if the food was ok or needed anything else; our table was neglected while they served another table. And I also asked for the bill, and it took them 20mins to finalise the bill.
Honestly! All staff need more training on taking orders and Improving on customer service.

I have been going to Koreana on King Street West for over 15 years. Every visit has been perfect, the food, the service and the environment are second to none. Highly recommended, well worth a visit.

I'd never tried Korean food before so out of sheer curiosity I checked out Koreana on King St. West, Manchester. We had the banquet deal with two main courses and a variety of starters. We also had a cocktail each and a pot of jasmine tea. The food was delicious and elegantly served, the staff were courteous, and the service was speedy. Total cost: £43-odd.

It was well worth the money and we will be going again.
