They have sent FAKE anua products. Scammers

FAKE PRODUCTS! I ordered a bunch of Anua products and ALL of them were fake. I checked them against originals I have purchased from other places and these were 100% fake. When asking for a refund they offered me 50% back as I’d have to pay for my own shipping back costs so either way I’ve lost out on money. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!!

Extremely poor customer service . Korean rituals have been keeping my money for a month now and I still haven't recieved my order . This site is a SCAM . Please do not purchase . and Korean rituals GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK .

I set up a full skincare routine for oily skin with products from korean Rituals, and I can only say: amazing! The toner keeps the shine under control with out making my skin feel heavy. Delivery took a little longer, but the product quality makes up for it.

They sell fake products … I ordered the torriden dive in serum and when it arrived it was totally different from what I was used to buying from other brand packaging is different color was blue and it smells like lotion. I would say don’t get anything from that company. They are fake

Items are fake but they will tell you it’s real. Refused to give me £150+ worth of refund although I sent the items back. It’s a scam, do not purchase.

It seems that I am not the only been conned by this website!! Was sold fake products online and when raised with the support team they offered my 50% of my money back. I accepted this offer back in July and still not received my refund. I’ve been emailing them constantly but they keep fobbing me off. Do not use them!!! Avoid using them!!!

I purchased the I’m From Rice Toner and the Anua Correcting Serum around August 2nd but didn’t start using them until the 23rd. On the day I applied the products, I used them alongside others in my routine. About 30 minutes later, I began experiencing itching, which worsened throughout the day. Initially, I didn’t connect the reaction to the skincare products. By the third day, my skin was unbearably itchy—unlike anything I had experienced before. It felt so severe that I was desperate to scratch or even burn my skin for relief.

Once the allergic reaction subsided, I didn’t think it was caused by the rice toner. But on September 3rd, I used it again and the reaction was even worse. At that point, I saw a dermatologist who confirmed that the rice toner was the cause. I was prescribed antihistamines, cream, and ointments to manage the itching.

Please avoid purchasing from this seller—they are not genuine. I decided to write this review after seeing a TikTok of a woman exposing "Korean Rituals" skincare. If you're buying Korean skincare, stick to reputable sites like YesStyle or SkinCupid, especially if you're in the UK.

I requested a cancellation because I placed the wrong order 2 weeks ago. They told me that it was canceled and the refund was in process. I waited 10 business days and still haven't received my refund. I've been sending emails and writing on Instagram for days but they never respond. Order #9892 Refund my order or I will file a complaint against you.

I bought facial produts from Korean rituals. All the products are all fake. And I spent about £110 on all the products. It's such a shame that Korean rituals would stoop so low to sell fake product. I bought a whole 4 Anua dark spot correcting serum. All 4 of them are fake. I got the beauty by Joseon sunscreen from them too, it was blatant fake. I could tell before I opened the sunscreen just by looking at the packaging. I just took it straight to the bin. It's such a big shame. Money wasted, products fake. I hate Korean rituals with passion for this they did to me. They sell all fake products, scamming people up and down. I feel so hurt. Even before the products came, it took so long. Never buy anything from Korean rituals. They are big scam and fake products sellers.

I wish I had read the reviews here before making an order. I received a fake product from this company and I had requested a refund more than a month ago. They keep making excuses every time I ask for an update on the refund. Now they won’t even respond to my emails anymore…AVOID MAKING A PURCHASE WITH THIS COMPANY.

I ordered products from this company, and they turned out to be fake. I requested a refund, and they initially promised to process it. However, a month later, I received an email saying they can’t issue a refund because I opened the products. This feels incredibly unfair and dishonest. Do not order from them; it’s a complete scam! Save yourself the hassle and money.

I ordered a product and realized almost immediately after placing the order that I made a mistake and canceled the order immediately. For the past 2months I have not yet received my refund. It’s always silly excuses everytime. THEY ARE THIEVES AND SCAM.

Ok firstly, there's no 0 star, I'd of happily put 0 star to this. I've read many reviews here now, unfortunately it was too late for me. I had already brought nearly £100 worth of products. AND EVERYTHING WAS FAKE.
My sister had brought the same products but from a different shop. It was apparent to us. The colour and packaging were different, even the products within the packaging were of different texture and colour.
I had a pretty clear face previously to using this product. Now I have inflammation and red spots on both side of my cheeks. Whatever was in those products have reacted really badly with my skin. I used it for one week and stopped.
I got in contact with them on the 14th of August 2024. Today we're on 17th of September 2024 and they are still unable to sort of my refund. On top of causing me so much mental and physical stress, not to mention, ruining my face, they giving (not yet received) 50% of the refund. I wish there was a way of suing them and closing down their business because that would save countless innocent people unaware of all this, possibly saving people and their faces.
