My KoreConX experience has been so bad for the last 5 years that I have turned down great investments with other companies simply because they used KoreConX as transfer agent for their equity shares.
KoreConX has a horrible CS but the worst part is their user interface. NOTHING has improved in the last 5 years. It’s almost as if they intentionally want the user end experience to be difficult so they can save money and attract corporate customers with lower fees.
Without a doubt, this is a company to avoid. Do NOT mix your business or money with a company that uses them as an agent or third party manager for their services.

Dealing with Koreconx has been frustrating and time consuming. I decided not to invest with a new company (Seismic) once I saw Koreconx was their transfer agent because of all the issues I've had with them with a different investment. Koreconx provides the platform and payment processing for Phoenix American Hospitality and their customer service has been terrible! I uploaded required company docs, which I can see on the website and confirmed on the phone with them, but Koreconx keep emailing me telling me to upload them. When I need tech assistance with their website dashboard not working, I have to wait days and then the response doesn't make sense. I know other PAH customers have complained about having to deal with Koreconx and we all hope they stop using them. They take the 'passive' out of passive investment. Inefficient and inept.

This company is terrible, I have 8 companies that are being held in trust by this company and I've sent 3 emails and many messages without any response whatsoever about any of my questions. Horrible "customer service" and transfer agent.
