I have had a few dealings recently with different power companies and never thought I would be complementary about any of them due to being pushed from department to department and still not getting anywhere but at last a company and most importantly a member of staff that really made me feel they were interested in my problem and made every effort to help me despite his company not benefitting. I would recommend KOR Energy as the service I received from start to finish was first class, all staff who I dealt with had a full knowledge and understanding of the product I required.
The customer service received during the works was also very good and easy to deal with and each step was explained in detail.
All works carried out were completed in a professional manor and by very experienced staff and engineers.
