Pills says soft gel
Pills says soft gel. More like hard and brittle. I bought the small hoping they would be easy to swallow, but I have to mash with my teeth and because they are brittle they break open. Bought hoping it would help with dry eye. Have used one month. No help yet. Hard to swallow.
