Korite Ring Is Very Fragile and Warps Easily

I bought this ring in Montreal, QC at a great store. I wore it as a pinky ring next to my claddagh ring and it easily marked up the ring. After the heatwave (30+ degrees) in Montreal (and in Vancouver), the ring warped. The ammolite also showed imperfections once I got home and Korite has refused to replace the imperfect jewel and are trying to charge me.

Korite says it has a lifetime warranty on their products but I haven't even had my ring for 31 days and they have shown no intention of replacing the jewel in the ring without charging me. It's very unfortunate but I wouldn't recommend buying from Korite.
