I ordered 2 glasses, one arrived damaged in transit. Whilst the look and quality of the glasses is second to none the customer service has let the product down. Multiple emails, messages and no contact. I sent a picture on the day it arrived, with packaging still shown as i had just opened it to find a crack. Whilst i understand these things happen, I feel disappointed in the lack of communication especially with the high price tag of this product.

Stunning. Well made. Love these glasses. Will make a wonderful present.

What a disappointment, I ordered a pair of glasses from their very glossy web page and what I received I can only describe as shockingly poor lightweight glasses. Don’t waste your money on these items if I could return them I would.

I have had candles in better glasses.

I wish I’d reviewed Kori before ordering. As soon as I’d placed my order, the acknowledgment from them said they were experiencing ‘ongoing’ delivery delays, followed by my items would ‘be split deliveries’ and the ‘free gift of’ whisky stones would be sent first. Alarm bells rang with this. In the end, it took 11 days and the order was in bubble wrap inside of plastic bag, although luckily nothing was broken or missing. The glasses were so lightweight, compared to the hefty price tag, that we thought they were plastic at first. As for ‘hand crafted’ they felt like moulded plastic instead and were quite small size. Practically, it’s impossible to use a tea towel to dry the inside properly as the soap suds accumulate and cannot be reached. I was unfortunately taken in by the visually enhanced and appealing images, but the product doesn’t reflect the stylish promotion description and images. A case of over-promised and under-delivered I’m afraid. Alarm bells should have alerted me regarding the countdown clock they use for the special offers, yet similar offers appear just hours or days later.
Buyers beware! The clues are there: spelling mistakes, countdown clock, differing whiskey/whisky spellings, questionable claims of ‘hand made/meticulous Japanese craftmanship/exceptional quality’ etc. Totally misleading promotions which underdelivers on its glossy adverts, and I’m surprised Kori haven’t been reported to Trading Standards or indeed Facebook. I certainly won’t be using them again and will be very weary of Facebook advertising in future. Lessons learned for me this time

This is a scam. they are $1 dropshipped glasses. I got my money back via amex dispute.

Delivery took ages and the best thing was the glass is schattered. Tried several attempt to CS but no response either, Too bad. Lesson learned never again.

Two glasses were ordered - Fuji and Asama. This was a special gift for Christmas. When the items arrived, they were beautifully packaged in individual boxes, and were just like the photos on the website. However, one arrived damaged. I sent photos and an explanatory note, with particular requests to try to organise replacement without disappointing the other party.
I received prompt and respectful responses. A replacement glass and a complimentary coaster were sent and received intact. The gifted party was very happy with the quality of the glasses.
Very satisfied with the product, communication and service.

Ordered a whisky glass . Took a few weeks to arrive . Lovely packaging and arrived safely .. the glass is very very light weight . I thought for a whisky glass it would have been more heavy so a bit disappointed for the price .

I bought my husband a whiskey glass for Christmas and he loves it. The glass is so nice to look at and to touch.

This company is a fraud. The glasses take forever to arrive becasue they come from China. They are mass produced, cheap, lightweight glasses that will break very easily. If you don’t mind a long wait and the quality of the glass being poor then it’s ok to buy from. The glasses do look like the photos, but when you pick it up and feel it in your hand you know immediately it’s all very cheap

I just love these glasses. Took a bit longer to arrive than I thought they may have.

Complete scam, they sell low quality junk that you can get from Temu and Amazon for £3-£4 for extortionate prices, NOTHING is Japanese as these are cheap Chinese mass produced junk, Shipping is diabolically slow (4-5 weeks) and the tracking they supply directs to a known scam/phishing site that wants your card details before you can see anything.

This was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had in years.

I cancelled my order within minutes of placing it, and the seller acknowledged the cancellation in writing. Despite this, the order was shipped anyway. After delivery, a refund was refused unless I paid international return shipping, and the only “goodwill” offered was a discount on a future order.

I found the handling of the cancellation process deeply disappointing and not aligned with what a reasonable customer would expect once a cancellation has been acknowledged.

After receiving the items, I also found visually identical glassware available from mass-market online marketplaces at a fraction of the price charged here. I would strongly encourage prospective buyers to research comparable products before purchasing.

This review is not about the physical condition of the goods, but about how cancellations and refunds are handled once payment has been taken.

Loved the glasses I ordered. It took a while to get delivered but it was totally worth the wait. My husband loved both the Edo and Fuji glasses. The packaging was amazing too. This purchase was a gift - and it delivered on the aesthetics and the quality.

I bought a whiskey glass and you sent me a something like mosquitos. Very disappointed. Just have no time to send it back.

It’s a scam. You won’t receive your product

I ordered 2 crumple glasses beginning Dec for my son for Christmas, they finally arrived on 23rd Dec from Hong Kong??? Alarm bells rang, one of them was broken, I was gutted, they were only bubble wrapped but the website says ALL are boxed. Why bubble wrapped if being sent from abroad? I emailed and got no response so I bombarded them with emails every day. Eventually got a reply in which they said the couriers are responsible for how they deliver, true but they chose the courier not me! They said they would replace the glass. My son when using the surviving glass poured his whisky into the glass which then broke. I put a stop on my Klarna payment. The replacement arrived on 16th January and they had sent 2, both intact. My son said they are nice to drink from, but having looked at the reviews on here it’s unlikely I will order anything else from them. Luckily I didn’t have any real problems with receiving replies so my advice is bombard them, and use a pay later company so you can ask them to refund you.

I received 8 glasses for gifting this past Christmas and all that received them, loved them. They feel good in their hand, and allows the nosing and tasting experience that was until now, only received from the glencairn. I had a delivery issue with two of the glasses, but when notified was suitably resolved! Thank you! and look forward to exploring many of your glassware designs in the future.

I ordered 2 whiskey Glasses on the 31st of December. I had no confirmation of my order. I received them on the 15th of January I sent 2 Emails to the company regarding the order I never received a response for either! When then did turn up they were packed in bubble wrap and in a plastic envelope. Very surprised they were not damaged. They are a lot smaller than they looked in the photos. On par with a shot glass. I eventually received an email from Kori whiskey but only after I sent a third email to tell them I had now received the glasses they did apologise for late delivery!

Don’t order with Kori!! I ordered a glass over 6 weeks ago and still hasn’t arrived and aren’t replying to my emails. I want a refund but i don’t think that’s ever going to happen. save your money and go to a trusted seller.
