Who are we?
The name of our company is KorsIT. We have several webshops all over the world. Our webshops are called Dundle and iGiftcards. We sell various gift cards, game credit and games.
The products we sell are for personal use only. We have no affiliation with third parties. You were probably scammed by someone that wanted you to buy gift cards with us, because he/she can redeem it immediately, without leaving a trace.
You were approached by a scammer/fraudster who ensured you that paying through us is an official means of payment. However, this is not true.
KorsIT implemented a security system to stop fraud and theft by applying various rules. It is possible though, that some people dodge these rules and are able to order anyway.
We hope this clarifies our role in the matter, and if you have any more questions we would like to hear them.

Korsit charged my paypal account without authorization
Korsit just charged my paypal account with 25€ and then again with 25US$ without any authorization. I also didn't receive a transaction email from paypal. How can this happen? I contacted Korsit support and they did not reply.
Their website states that they have "State-of-the-art fraud prevention". If they can't see that the two transactions that wereade from my account are fraudulent then their fraud protection simply does not work (if they even have one).
All in all this company seems not trustworthy at all. Unless you are a scammer, then this might the the right company for you!

We are a webshop and can't take money from your account without someone starting an order on one of our websites. This third party must have gained access to your Paypal account in order to complete the payment as well. This all indicates that your Paypal account has been hacked.
Most likely through a phishing email. Here is an article from Paypal explaining this kind of common scam.

Please make sure your Paypal account is secure by changing the passwords or verifying two-factor authentication. It will be harder for scammers to gain access to your Paypal account with this extra security measure.
Unfortunately, we are unable to return the money as the order has been delivered to the email address of your Paypal account already. The scammer may have had access to your email as well so we suggest changing the password of your email account too.
