Hello Hannah,

We can't give away free gift cards, discounts or Dundle Coins, unless there has been an error on our side which prevents the customer from getting their products. Unfortunately, we have to uphold this policy with no exceptions.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Kind regards,

Hello,

After reading your message, we greatly suspect that you were (or about to become) a victim of phishing fraud.

Please see the warning text that appears when buying vouchers like these. It's stating that you need to be careful not to fall for online scams. You can expand this text, or read the following:

Below you will find (a) possible scenario(s) that could, in all likelihood, match your situation.

Online Marketplace / Transportation fee scam
1. You were interested in a product, which is sold, or which you are selling on Facebook/Instagram or an online marketplace.
After giving this person your e-mail address, you receive an e-mail from someone pretending to be UPS, DPD, DHL or any other transportation company.

The e-mail states that you are supposed pay a "service fee" or "insurance" for the product you want to purchase/sell. This payment must be made through a voucher purchased with us. It's also possible that this payment can be sent through WhatsApp.

Escort Scam
2. You are expected to pay with a voucher for an escort/webcam service. This payment is also supposed to be made up front, through WhatsApp or through a website.

To see other examples, please read our full fraud warning:

Please note:

We are unable to send you a refund if you either sent the link to the voucher, or the voucher code to one of the following places:
-A WhatsApp number
-An e-mail address
-In an online form / on a website to redeem it
-A social media account
-An online marketplace chat
