Just another very bad propfirm. Credentials for the challenges don't work. You have to contact customer service who is completely poor, the manager who is even more so. No transfer of money made despite two successful challenges later. Don't go to them, I strongly advise against Kortana. The most rotten experience of my life. Got a lot of proofs, also dont retire my advice.

I had a terrible experience with Kortana. After few weeks into trading, they abruptly closed my account and refused to honor any of my inquiries. Their negligence and poor customer service is alarming. Do not waste your money with this platform. Instead find a more reputable firm, there is a project infinitymetrix that delivers consistent returns on their investment plan.
Kortana is dangerous, tread carefully.

So my wife and I decided a while ago to both buy accounts with Kortana, now they don’t pay us because we have the same IP, how can we not have it if we live together? we already showed that it is not third-party account management, therefore we are not violating any rules, but still not get paid. This is the worst prop firm , don’t lose your money here.

Kortanafx is a scam. i bought a 50k account. made a 1st withdrawal of 500 dollars which they processed and i got my money. third month i was in profit of 2k. i requested a payout and all of a sudden they deleted my account as i couldn't log in. i sent and email and they reinstated my account but now i couldn't request for a payout. i the emailed them and they replied saying i had lost eligibility as a trader because they have migrated my account from mt4 to mt5.
PLEAASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM COS THEY ARE FRAUD and they will take ya money for buying an account but when time to pay you they will not.

After trading for 2 months I managed to reach a level to be able to withdraw. I was told that the account was being operated by third parties and had multiple IPs. I operated from the cell phone. Even if you are going to operate from a fixed computer, you have to verify that the IP is the same, but they will still look for another pretext such as copy trading to not pay. Don't waste any money or time with this company.

They just scam you simple as that. I traded like perfection. Never over leveraged always 1:1/1:2 after one SL I stopped. I did everything perfect I used to check the IP before opening the trade to make sure I was using always the same IP. I tried to withdrawal 4 times they always reject the payout, now they suspended completely. I knew it was a scam. Do a favour to yourself do not give them money. They won't pay simple as that. There are other prop out there that they will pay you.

I recently passed three challenges on Kortana using the Smart Funded HFT EA. Mr. Barbaros, the developer, was incredibly helpful and supportive, guiding me through the setup and ensuring I passed my challenges. I credit Mr. Barbaros for his professionalism and the quality of this excellent EA.

As for Kortana, the issue arose when I requested my payment. They closed all of my accounts, claiming I was "trade stacking." In reality, I had simply set up three trades at the same entry point, targeting different take-profits: TP1, TP2, and TP3. Despite a month of hard work, they refused to pay me and closed my accounts.

I was reckted for my payout of 8152$ and they even closed my 200k account even though I had followed ALL their rules. Have now been accused of copying my trades from a random person because we have 3-4 trades that are similar! that is the stupidest thing I have ever heard, I am an independent trader and of course you will experience some traders having trades that can be similar to each other, if you start from the fact that many use you as prop firms.

Even if you comply with ALL their rules, they will always come up with some excuse to close your account and not pay your profit.

Stay away from this scam company if you don't want to lose your money and time. I had heard from many that they were a scam prop company, but took the chance anyway, which I shouldn't have done

I have never met such an unprofessional prop company as kortana who scams their customers and has no customer service and is impossible to get in touch with.

Kortana rejected my payout because "acount management', but i was the only one who has trading the account.

Kortanafx is just scam. They rejected my payout when I traded with one phone and place one room and my logins was with me only with my only one phone ans they said I did account management and I traded where other traders they banned before used to trade from? What the hell is kinda of logic that, then they said it was our system wich lied to us sorry we did human reviews and this second time again they sent me same email now my question is if system can lied before why it can't lie second time. Also what I noticed is that there so called system just designed to male rejecting payout of ea h and every clients that's not fair. They don't have funds to give out traders who worked hard to make money. Wr should all report this company to be closure

Same IP issues, made $19K in Feb, refused. An agent on live chat said if your account is not closed, you can continue trading. Account was brought to ZERO. I made another profit of $4K just to test them out, withdrew and they refused too, same IP issue.
At that point I ordered my bank to charge back ALL my fees, and got back my money. DO THE SAME before its too late. Kortana you still owe me, and will engage legal team very soon

Everyone I know on Telegram, the person who brought us to deal with this fraudulent company, is complaining about Cortana. It does not pay money, and when it finds no reason to refuse, it tells you that you have more than one IP in your account. Kortana is a big-time scam.
They failed several traders last month due to a server change, including myself. Never resolved the issue despite several email requests....don't waste your money on them

They are 100% scammers, they d not pay they will find every reason to reject your payouts,
I traded six days to avoid their so called 33% rule which is very restrictive to a professional trader,
Everything was fine I have requested my payout and later was rejected because they said our system detected different IP address which was a total lie,
I have been using my phone only at same for six trading days I have not opened or closed a trade outside my office every trade I have taken was completed within my office either take profit or stoploss.
When I asked about the issue of IP address which was never there no response at all
Please avoid them let them not waste your time
