I have withdrawn $2433 but they rejected the payment due to account handling
till now I didn't give anyone to this account.

Well guys, I wish I listened to every single one of you here. KORTANA IS A SCAM! I thought if I’d followed all the rules, it’d be fine but unfortunately they’ve just denied my payout of $2000 under ‘account management’. Just a ridiculous excuse for ‘legally scamming’ us. I did everything right to the minuscule margins. Every rule i made sure to read 10 times and every trade I executed was done so under certain conditions cos I know they’re very strict. But at the end it didn’t matter. I just wasted my money, time and hard work. I’m so angry at myself for believing there was a chance with these scammers.

If you’re looking for any sort of clarification or a single sliver of hope to getting your payout - I’m afraid it isn’t gonna work. They will not pay you out. Don’t look at their good reviews cos u must have negative IQ if you can’t tell their bot reviews. In fact I’m surprised how they’re still getting traders after all these bad reviews. STOP LOOKING ANY FURTHER THEY ARE NOT GOING TO PAY YOU OUT! STOP BUYING ACCOUNTS AND GIVING THEM FREE MONEY!

I am writing to you to provide an assessment of the trading finance company that I have recently dealt with. I would like to share my experience and advice to the public based on what I have personally experienced and observed from others.

First, I encountered a recurring issue with the company regarding the IP. Every time they claim there is a violation of the intellectual property rule related to the IP, leading to the account being closed. Despite changing the IP and using a fixed location, the issues persisted without resolution.

Second, the company does not pay commissions to traders. I joined a group with more than ten thousand people, all of whom confirmed that the company closed their accounts and did not pay their dues. This indicates that the company intentionally defrauds traders.

Additionally, the company advertises on Instagram, encouraging people to bring buyers in exchange for waiving the IP issue. But the question here is: why aren't all traders exempt from these problems? It seems the company's sole purpose is to attract buyers without paying the traders, confirming that it aims to profit at their expense.

I would like to emphasize that this company is fraudulent, and I have evidence to support this. I advise the public to avoid dealing with it and not to purchase anything from them. I have tested two accounts with this company, and each time the result was the same: fraud and non-payment of dues.

Finally got my payout with Kortana !! But they took a bit long , and they realised their mistake and paid me which is a green flag to me . If they would made the payment faster would be a great prop company in my view , I don’t say they are perfect but they atleast pay after some rejection .

It's the biggest scam to buy accounts from Kortana. I have had an account since February and I haven't been able to make any withdrawals, and they haven't even told me the reason. They have the worst rules and hidden rules, and even if you haven't broken any rules, they still won't give you any money. They do it in such a way that after you make a profit, they tell you that you violated the rules just to keep the money for themselves.

Once I give them the requested information... they always come back with the same bogus stupid excuse not to pay: We reviewed your account and we found that there was account management.... Dirty liars & cheats. You have my account number that you have rejected several payouts and that you have breached. Leave the trading space! garbage!

They’re a bunch of crooks, I traded myself using my voile and desktop, then they denied my payout, saying I used account management and same ips. They are a bunch of liars, and ignoring me not showing proof, worst prop firm, there are many others who pay and not do this nonsense. Complete waste of my time. I hope they get shut down

I requested a payout from Kortana and they came up with a lie just to avoid paying saying:

As per our policies, if it's detected that an account is being managed by someone other than the account holder, the corresponding withdrawal request cannot be approved, and the account is terminated for violating our prohibited trading practices.

To be specific, the IP associated with your account has been connected with various other accounts on our platform

- This is completely false. I trade alone and have no ones account associated with my account and my IP Address is not associated with other users. They do this when they want to avoid paying their clients.

Kortana lacks INTEGRITY. Don’t waste your money with them rather go for FTMO or other credible prop firm

I just passed a challenge using Easy Funded MT5.

2nd payout rejected for account management. Followed all their rules, used the same EA as my first payout, same VPS and same home PC to login to the dashboard. I’ve reset my router and so I would’ve had an IP change because it’s dynamic but if this is the reason all they had to do was look at the location and see it’s identical. Typical of a company like this to fabricate an excuse not to pay.

Don’t reset your routers guys they’ll use anything to not pay you

beware guys, kortana are scammers they make excuses not to pay you...they told me my account has been managed by someone else , which is a lie and they cannot prove it either, so they are just scamming you from packages you buy....stay away by all means..you need to stop the bs...because many sources i know have also said youve stopped paying and i know for fact i have not broken any rules...and you cannot prove it either

They are deceiving people with excessive advertising and terrible customer support. They only provide template replies without actually reading your messages, respond hours later, and close the thread within a minute if you don't reply immediately (what the heck). I requested my payout, and after waiting for seven days, they rejected it, claiming I used account management services due to multiple accounts being managed from my IP. This is complete nonsense, as I always used a single laptop, my home Wi-Fi, and never had a second account.
I wish I could post screenshots here but couldn't due to the unavailability of that feature.
