I put the Order in on Boxing Day and it came a week later, a stark contrast to many other companies like this that ship from China to Australia.

The outfit itself is very high quality and fits my girlfriend perfectly, and she likes how its separated into two pieces to fit and look better than one large piece of outfit.

I absolutely looove my koruraclub outfits they are sooo cute. i was soooo excited waiting for my order to come in and i was NOT disappointed by any means when i received my order every single outfit was amazing ill admit i went a little overboard ordering for my first time but omg it was soooo worth. Koruraclub was sooo helpful with any questions i had regarding my order i felt so taking care of i definitely will order again ❤️

Great customer service and cute products. Had an issue with one of my items I received and got help immediately and am very happy with the site. Shipping takes a little longer, but its worth the wait.

I love this brand so much, not only are then people beyond sweet but their stuff is amazing quality and so versatile! Not only do I LOVE my products but my fiance does too, hehe! I really do recommend them, and I will be buying from these guys many times!

They say on their website that processing and handling is approximately 3-5 days and shipping is approximately 7-10 days.

I'm pretty understanding with shipping, especially because of the annoyance of tariffs and postal strikes. However, I ordered two things on September 20th and received my items on December 13th.

After not getting any notifications of the items shipping, I emailed them mid October asking for an update. They told me that the colour for one of the item I ordered was out of stock despite it still being listed on their website as in stock and asked if I wanted to either choose a different colour or get a refund.

I insisted on getting the colour that I ordered, so they shipped out the first item (which I received on December 8th) and promised to send the second item when it came back in stock. They were kind enough not to charge me a second shipping fee, so I appreciate that.

Unfortunately now that I have my items, I'm pretty disappointed. They do not look like the photos on the website and are very cheaply made.

The material looks completely different from their pictures. And not just the material, the second item that I purchased doesn't look like the pictures from the waist up at all. There are loose threads popping out. Seams are stitched together unevenly. One item comes with a ribbon that is supposed to be tied around the waist, and it's an entirely a different colour from the rest of the dress which is not the case in their pictures. And said dress has a very misleading off the shoulder collar piece that just ends mid breast so it's very visible and very awkward.

The worst part is the fabric feels very cheap. Both items are stretchy which is nice but feel like bathing suit material despite both items being sweater dresses.

Website uses the viral virgin killing sweater as an example of how their products are better, and as someone who owns one of the virgin killing sweaters, I can easily say that is better quality than what I received from Koruraclub.

Tldr I'm mildly happy with ther customer service since they responded to me promptly and compromised with my order, but I'm disappointed that I had to reach out well after their supposed deadline in order to gain any knowledge about my order, and now having received it, it was not worth the wait.

Love the quality of the products, accurate to size, the clothing designs are so cute, & the customer service is amazing! They’re super quick to respond & super friendly. I will be making more purchases and recommending this brands to all my friends! <3

Omg the succubus outfit was everythinggg It was super comfy to wear all night at a rave I could dance, move around, and still feel confident and cute the whole time. The fit was perfect, and I got SOOO many compliments. The quality was even better than I expected, and all the little details are just adorable. Definitely one of my fave purchases ever.

What made my experience really good and awesome was the fact that I got the product (the dress) within the period of 1 week or less and the product felt so soft and it didn't disappointed at all! Packaging was nice I live with very strick parents it didnt show anything outside the inside packaging also I love the details and art work but as the outfit the material is nice not catchy and feels like a zip up hoodie fabric and a bit stretchy it also fit like a glove on me I was hesitant since this is the first place I ever bought from but im absolutely obsessed definitely gonna by from here again also the ears so soft and long perfect for feeling cute and sexy

Absolutely love koruraclub! Their customer service is amazing and they have the cutest sets and clothes that actually fit! I am typically a size L/XL in US sizing and I had no problem ordering in that size! The quality is also top tier! 100% ordering from them again in the future!

I bought 3 sets from them and i have to say the quality is bad. its straight up aliexpress/ temu quality and for example the succubus outfit was 73 euros. thats a crazy price for bad quality and sizing. i cant reccomend their stuff. also if you order on the official website their might be problems with them not shipping it and making you wait for month. if you want cosplay lingerie with decent quality and price dont buy here. if you got any questions or want pics my instagram is @lea.doescosplay, just dm me

Ordered $200 worth of stuff back in May. I ended up getting an email at the start of August saying that every single item I had ordered didn't meet the minimum they needed for their factory to make it. Cool, I own a small business myself, so I had understanding. They asked me if I wanted to pick different things out instead, as long as they weren't pre-order and were in stock items.

I should have said no and just gotten my money back then, but I trusted the company. So I picked out new things, totaling almost the same as my original order, except down a penny, but who cares? It's just a penny out of my pocket.

Now, after ordering those so called "in-stock" items, I emailed them 8 days ago asking about tracking information, a full 21 days after my updated order. I was told I needed to wait 15 days for processing which had already passed by that time.

Checking their website for different items processing, and the shipping dates, I should have gotten everything by now, much less still waiting for even a tracking number. I am appalled that not only would a company take this long, but take this long after already inconveniencing me by not even having the initial items I wanted. I am in the process of just trying to get refunded, because I don't expect I will ever even see my items. After all, it's been 29 days, almost a month, since my so-called "in-stock" order.

UPDATE:
After 3 days of no reply, they finally replied that they would send me a free gift as an apology in addition to my order. They then proceeded to list my order, and only listed 3 of the five items I ordered. What a joke of customer service. Please take your money elsewhere.

FINAL UPDATE:

I was told that only 3 of my items were listed in the previous email, because I would need to wait ANOTHER WEEK for the 2 that they didn't list. Please remember these were all IN STOCK items that, in their description, said that they would only need 3-5 days of processing to prepare for shipment before being sent out when I ordered them over a month ago. They've definitely bitten off more than they can chew and have definitely permanently lost a customer in me. I am glad they finally after much back and forth refunded me, because otherwise I was going to have to go through the hassle of filing a chargeback with my credit card company.

Their customer service is blatantly superficial, and their products suck. Such a steep price tag for mediocre clothing. If you can call it that. I bought their Rose Devil Swimsuit, it was okay, terrible support and laughable quality. The purple succubus costume set was HORRENDOUSLY bad. As someone with 32DDDs, that thing could not even come CLOSE to keeping me in. It was so cheaply made, plastic-y feeling and looked ugly in real life. Their return policy is scummy, forcing you to pay for all expenses despite the fact that it’s THEIR product that is trash. Also, they deleted my reviews, leading me to surmise that they DELETE negative reviews and feedback to give you a false impression that their products are good. They are NOT. The quality is comparable to Temu, AliExpress or SHEIN. So so bad, I have screenshots and emails too. I wouldn’t be surprised if they delete this or try to take it down. Absolutely nasty company full of predators. Will not be wasting my money on their garbage, neither should you.
