Unfortunately this is a scam company, they charge you upfront for the products, only bank transfer is possible so you can get no chargeback from a credit card and then they send you an unusable product. The company is based in Kosovo so there is little to no chance your local EU authorities can do anything about them. I bought a carbon mirror cover replacement from them for 300 EUR but they sent a glue-on sticker instead, which is obviously an intentional scam. I reached out to them to clarify the situation but they disappeared after the first email, in which they clarified the product I got is not faulty, that’s exactly what they sent. And their site specifically stated this is an 1:1 copy of the OEM part, not a sticker that requires adhesive. It’s a shame, the site looks professional and knowing the situation of the country they are based in, they will possibly get away with many scams like this in the future.

I bought the BMW E60 Carbon Fiber Steering Wheel part for 150 euros. I was unable to pay with paypal or any other method, so I had to get in touch with my bank to be able to pay for the product. I also had to pay 50 euros in transport without the option to choose a cheaper transportation method that takes a bit longer. The bank details are sent to germany, but the company is based in Kosovo so apparently I had to pay another 70 euros in import taxes because they are not in the european union. Which was not clear when placing the order.

When I get the product it is in good condition but there are no clips in it and it won't be able to mount it in the steering wheel. I was told that it is possible to glue it on top, which is unacceptable when you can get a product that is bolt on for half the price within EU trade zone. It was not clear in the product description that this product is not bolt on and that you have to glue it. The word "cover" should be in the product title and not hidden in the product description.

I reached out to the sales team on email and asked for a refund but did not get a respond. Chased the team on Messenger also, no respond. Got in touch with them on Messenger and was told a refund is not possible, even tho the product is still in its original packaging and I am able to ship it back to them.

Super unprofessional company. Do not buy here if you want to have assurances as a customer.
