Overcharged for a site that was sold 10 months ago. I called kounta help line 4 times, each time I was told my account manager would contact me within 24/48 hours. It has been 4 weeks so far without any contact whatsoever. Over charging is still going on. Service is appalling. Do not recommend.
Horribly expensive product. Our monthly product price went from ~$120/month to over ~$1100/month. You didn't misread that. It went from approximately $1,440 a year to over $13,000 per year.
