Very poor response from the company with questions or support. I have been trying to return the product and can't seem to be able to do so. The tech is questionable. It's a jarring and startling experience with constantly buzzing and sensation while in use, and I did not have any positive benefit. In the process of raising a claim with my Visa card and will look into other options if need be.
