I took on a week's free trial but the sitre was so slow I decided to cancel. None of the links work for me and customer service is ignoring me and they have signed me up for a whole year. None of this inspires confidence.
They have absolutely NO customer service. None. Noone to complain to even when you have subscription problems. I subscribed to Kovel's newsletters and site through Paypal. They double charged me. I tried to locate their customer service contacts to remove the extra charge but, CS is impossible to find and then went on to Paypal. Paypal removed the extra charge (primarily because Kovels didn't even bother responding to Paypal's inquiry). Then Kovels cancelled my subscription even though the first payment was still valid. Then I AGAIN tried to locate their customer service. Nothing. Again asked Paypal to investigate; they ignored Paypal. Got all my money back but, what an incompetent waste.
