Excellent customer service! For some reason my order was lost in the mail and they sent a replacement RIGHT AWAY! This place has GREAT customer service.

From the very beginning, Tony was incredibly helpful in guiding me through choosing the perfect fabric. When one of my favorite selections was discontinued, he didn’t just move on—he thoughtfully offered alternatives. The fabric he suggested arrived on Friday. It is truly beyond perfection.

What made this experience stand out even more was who Tony is as a person. Not only did he offer professional, knowledgeable guidance, but he was genuinely a joy to talk to. By the end of it, I felt like I had made a new friend.

KOVI offers unique designs I haven’t seen anywhere else, and when my order arrived, the fabric was even more beautiful in person. I can’t wait to see it all come together as my designer finishes the project—it already feels like the perfect finishing touch to make my home even more personal.

Web site is very easy to use. Photos of fabric are great. When my fabric arrived it was exactly as pictured. The fabric was shipped so quickly. Their customer service is excellent. They really care that the customer is pleased with their fabric. I truly enjoyed doing business with them. They emailed to make sure my fabric arrived as scheduled. Great follow up!!! Fabric is beautiful as well.

In searching on web for upholstery material, I found Kovi Fabrics. They had many patterns to choose from and it was easy to find exactly what I wanted.
The ordering was easy and the material came quicker than I expected. Afterwards, I received a follow up email to confirm my order was delivered. In my opinion, Kovi went above and beyond my expectations to make sure that I was satisfied with our business transaction. In a world where everything is chaotic and your known as a number, its good to know there are still companies that care.

Searching for great upholstery fabric I Found KOVI fabrics. They sent me samples from which I selected the most beautiful ultrasuedel for chairs and bar stools. I had the fabric shipped to California within a week. Customer service checked in with me several times making sure I received my fabric. Great product and great service. Thank you from California!

Not only did they have terrible customer service I don’t love the hair either! I found I actually like cheaper hair on Amazon more! I spent $650 and I don’t even like it! Definitely won’t purchase again!

Andrea was a great help with answering my questions about ordering a fabric for my clients dining chairs. The fabric was the perfect touch!

I was unable to reach Kovi. First attempt was a phone call, where they user said "hello" and then hung up. That happened a second time. My third attempt was through their website form, where I asked my question and reported their phone not working.

No replies.

But because I loved a fabric, I decided to order anyway. To my surprise, their shipping fee was nearly as much as the fabric.

It gets better (and worse). I used google image to find the same fabric, discounted 50% from Kovi's price and with free shipping to arrive in in less than a week.

So, I would say pound-for-pound, Kovi is a rip-off and that's only if you can reach them to place an order.

My sister and I spent days and hours searching online for something similar to our 50-yo upholstery fabric. We finally found one in Kovi's collections and ordered a sample. Its quality cut the muster with upholstery shop and we ordered 4yds at super reasonable price, had it shipped direct to upholsterer, and it came amazingly quickly. Naively thought the "inside" of the damask would be the "outside," but couldn't be happier.

KOVI's fabric choices seem unlimited! I first ordered samples of the fabrics I was interested in, and they sent large 8"x8" squares so that you can get a real feel and look of the fabric. All the samples as well as the actual yardage I ended up ordering are of superior quality. But the added wonderful part of ordering from KOVI is their customer service! I've never experienced customer service this good! They go above and beyond to help you find and choose the perfect fabric. I received personalized service throughout the entire process of ordering samples and then ordering the fabric. And when I initially couldn't find the exact match of fabric I was looking for, I emailed them a photo of the fabric I was trying to match and Andrea (the incredible customer service rep who helped me) found me the perfect match! Prior to working with KOVI, I had spent days doing extensive research trying to find the fabric I was looking for in other fabric stores (both retail and online) with no success...I only wish I had known about KOVI before!

My favorite fabric choice was on sale and it was delivered quickly. The customer service at this company is spectacular. They were quick to refund the cost of the samples I ordered and communications was quick and outstanding. Would definitely recommend.

Fabric choices were abundant and great quality. I had a few questions and customer service was so helpful and even followed up by email later to see how our project (recovering our dining room chairs) was going. We are delighted with the outcome! Highly recommend KOVI fabrics!

I ordered $40 worth of fabric samples online. I called them to confirm they received my order and was told that all but one sample was discontinued. I told them that they should've updated their website to reflect that. I asked to cancel the order and be issued a refund for non existent fabric. I was told I would receive a refund but as of today (January 16, 2025), no refund. Do not use this company unless you want to get the run around and waste money. They are sketchy at best.

My experience with Kovi Fabrics was absolutely outstanding…in all regards. They are now my go-to-source for fabric…
