Terrible all round

This hotel is advertised as luxurious and it is the total opposite.
Bedding is like sleeping on planks and they have no other options. I had to change accommodation as this was going to ruin the holiday.
The buffet breakfast is anything but with a very poor and very minimal offer.
The staff do not care and there was no offer to even take our bags up by the staff.
The pool although large and good looking was dirty and infested with mosquitoes.
This place was a terrible mistake and sites like Booking.com promote this location and there are no refunds on bookings.
Terrible experience and I would not recommend this to anyone.
