Koya Homes - Levi Suites
An absolute waste of money and a ruined family get away. The place, Levi Suites managed by Koya Homes, was a dissappintment from we stepped into the house which smelled of animals. The place was dirty and dusty so we had to purchase cleaning products and totally undertake a deep clean of the property. There was mould in the bedrooms, and even worse hidden behind the bed, broken window latches so the noise from outside include night work on the train track to the rear of the house couldn't be reduced, multiple piles of refuge black bags left in the unkempt unusable garden which consisted of an old rusty table and chairs for 2 and weeds growing through the dangerously protruding uneven slabs. Totally inappropriate for adults much less my 2 toddler grandchildren.
Koya was very elusive and reluctant to contact us back and even tried to circum-navigate the Airbb platform and offer an insulting cleaning refund which although was too insulting and low to accept, they didn't attempt to send to us anyway.
Dispite many attempts to contact Koya Homes it appears that once the money is in their hands your on your own.
If you want to avoid dissappintment and the feeling of being robbed about this company and it's anyone else!!
