Extremely disappointed with both the quality of the product and the complete lack of customer service from KozyLume. The product broke within just one month of receiving it, which is completely unacceptable given the price point and the way the product is advertised.
What has made this experience even worse is the company’s total disregard for customer support. We have made six separate attempts over the past six months to request either a replacement or refund for this faulty item and have received absolutely no resolution. In one instance, our message was clearly read and deliberately ignored. We have attempted contact through email, their support page and complaint form on their website, social media, and reviews, all of which have resulted in no communication or meaningful response whatsoever.
Most recently, we attempted to contact the sales support email address advertised on their website, only for the email to bounce back with a “Email Not Found” notification. This raises serious concerns about the legitimacy and accessibility of their customer support.
This item was purchased as a Christmas present, making the entire experience even more disappointing and frustrating. I have only given this company one star because there is no option to give zero stars. Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage potential customers to avoid purchasing from this company, as there appears to be little to no after-sales support if something goes wrong.
