I'm a first time homebuyer, so I contacted multiple different law firms to help with my purchase before going with Barbara at KPA. I'm so glad I did! I had a very small closing window and she worked efficiently, was very responsive and made the experience a little less stressful. I plan on using KPA services again when I buy my next home.

I first contacted KPA and was advised of all the fees up front for my mortgage refinance, no hidden extras which helped put my mind at ease.
