They are one of most disgraceful…

They are one of most disgraceful property management companies that exist. The properties that they "look after" are beat down with graffiti and garbage all around them. KPM does not care about your property. They do the bare minimum. KPM does not respond to emails in a timely manner and act like shady restaurant owners with no money. Which reflects poorly on the actual owners of the property. KPM does not have representation for their properties in most cities and thus cannot address issues or emergency. We have had personal experience with them on this. Fires. Pipe Bursts. Break and enters. KPM can not address them and as a result exacerbates the issue at hand.
KPM's team is rude and lack professionalism. Like a shady business owner, which KPS is. Whatever you do stay away from them. They are horrible and will not help your property other than cause it more issues.

As a first-time landlord

As a first-time landlord, KPM Residential have been fantastic to work with. They reply to emails really quickly and are always clear when explaining payments, invoices, and anything I wasn’t sure about. All the paperwork — including safety certificates and quality checks — was handled on time and with no hassle, which made the whole process so much easier for me.

They’re easy to get in touch with, supportive, and genuinely great to work with.

I honestly couldn’t be happier and would happily recommend KPM Residential to any landlord looking for a supportive and reliable letting agent.

I’m really glad I chose KPM Residential!

Everything was just perfect!!!

Everything was just perfect from the first day!!!
The apartment was better than the pictures, nice, clean, with everything you need for a family, the location couldn’t be better and the support was spot on, always available with a fast response and always very polite and friendly. I definitely recommend and for sure will come back!! Thank you very much 🙏🏼

I wanted to rent out my London…

I wanted to rent out my London apartment while I was away for work, but I didn’t really know where to start. I decided to give it a try myself and managed to get it listed on Airbnb. At first, it seemed fine, but it quickly became tricky to manage everything, especially guest communication and handling issues when something went wrong in the apartment. I quickly realised that o couldn’t do it on my own.

That’s when I came across KPM Short Stay Management and spoke with Katiuscia. She reassured me that they could take care of everything, and she also helped me realise that the way I created my listing wasn’t enough. Katiuscia really knows her stuff—she explained so much about how to improve my listing, how the platforms and algorithms work, and all the details I hadn’t even thought of.

It’s been now over a year from those early days and I am beyond happy with their service. They’ve handled everything: creating a much better listing, communicating with guests, dealing with any issues, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Now, I feel totally at ease knowing my apartment is in good hands when I’m away and it’s been a nice passive income to have.

I highly recommend this service, 5 star!!!
