The albums never came damaged. It's a safe website to order from and they also have good prices. I never had a problem with any order. I highly reccoment this shop whether you buy things physically or order them.

They have a lot of options, especially for pre-order sets. Shipping is good; I usually pre-order albums so it takes more time than an order for an item that is in stock (in my experience over a month, but that is expected), but estimated stock arrival time is pretty accurate, sometimes early. I have not had issues with orders so far; orders are packaged well and they even add freebies.

If the album is in stock, it gets shipped out within a coupe of days and arrives within 2-3 weeks

Albums are packaged well and I've never any issues or additional costs in terms of customs (Croatia)

Just keep in mind that items on back-order can take quite a while to get shipped out, just as the website warns

First and foremost, you had the item I was looking for. I ordered the album from Amazon in November and the supplier kept sending me revised delivery dates. This album was a Christmas present for my granddaughter. Eventually, mid January, the supplier contacted me after saying it had been shipped, just to tell me they couldn't fulfill my order. I was so disappointed with them and started to search the internet to see where I could get it. This is when I found your company and I was totally satisfied. You delivered as promissed

Most of the albums I bought came ok, except for one that came broken in a corner. Orders usually arrive quickly. However, I ordered an album with gift wrapping recently, but it came without even though I paid for it. I have been buying from this site for a long time but it still has many problems.
