Extremely disappointing customer service (Order #KK-10023)

Ordered the "Buy 3 Get 1 Free" baby night suit set, but received only 3 items. Support claims to have packing video proof but flatly refuses to share it. Made illogical excuses (the particular missing product usually goes with most parcels, it couldn't be missing," and that they would have only looked into it if it were a different design) instead of resolving the issue. Denied a refund or replacement for the missing item.When I posted a genuine, polite review on their official website explaining the situation, they deleted/suppressed it. I strongly advise against buying from this brand if you value transparency and reliable customer support.
