I am very disappointed with my experience.

My account was suddenly restricted right after receiving a small transfer from my spouse, and now my funds are locked. I have already submitted all required documents, including ID, proof of transfer, and a marriage certificate, but I am still waiting for a response.

I understand security checks are necessary, but blocking access to my funds without timely support is very frustrating and causes financial inconvenience.

I actually like the platform and would prefer to continue using it, but this situation needs to be resolved quickly.

I hope the support team reviews my case as soon as possible.

Recently started using the Krak App, good cashback offering no issues so,far. Easily to use platform with good UI.

I can only agree on the guy previous to me. This app or whatever you want to call it is a pure scam. I ordered something with their card, the product came broken, the selling company ignored me so i opened a complaint on krak with alle the evidence. thats one thing but second thing is that the seller just took the same amount of money from my card and the app dont needed a verification for that payment. All of that happenend end of december/start of january. until now nothing, the chat always tells me they hope theres an update soon, but nothing. Its been 4 months now and krak/kraken still owes me 100+ €. it is unfortunate but that app and kraken is not safe for customers. people can just take money out of your app without you noticing and krak/kraken wont do anything about it. they will keep sending you mails that there should be an update at the end of 2039. and you cant even answer to the mails btw, you need to go to the ai chat bot again. Just save yourself from being scammed and avoid krak/kraken. I now need to report that case to the local authorities in the hope to see my money someday

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. OPENED UP AN ACCOUNT GOT MY WAGES PAID IN AS SOON AS MY WAGE HIT THE ACCOUNT- ACCOUNT SUSPENDED FOR UP TO 90 DAYS!!!!! 90 DAYS WITHOUT MY WAGE. ABSOLUTLEY CRIMINAL . AI BOT WONT PUT ME THROUGH TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT SO ALL I CAN DO IS WAIT. STAY AWAY

The Krak app works seamlessly to send and receive any form of currency, I highly recommend it and use it to split bills with friends and pay rent. The app is well-designed, easy to navigate, and allows you to earn rewards with each transaction via KrakBacks.

I use this app for storing my crypto, buying xStocks and spending with a card. UI could use some work, but no other problems.

Krak blocked my card and money without any explaination, I reached in Instagram and email and I dont have any solution to access my money being it a basic service I need to pay my bills. Dont put you money on this "bank".

I love this app and the associated card! Life changing and easy banking from end to end. Will recommend 100%

Krak is an amazing app, user friendly, and I enjoy being able to make my daily purchases with crypto.

No customer support waiting over 5 days for a response is a joke

Its a great app. It is relatively new and there are a lot of UI changes. This is sometimes very nice but also sometimes too much change

Its just so easy to use - cant wait for the new features!

Smooth app - I like the easy deposits and cash back.plus its got everything I need for crypto and helps me get away from coinbase

Setting up my account was quick and straightforward, and I was able to start using the card almost immediately.One thing I really like is how easy it is to manage everything in one place, investment and everyday spends.

Solid app, lots of features I want to use. After using it a few days, biggest pros were seeing the big cashback on every transaction and super easy to receive money from family back home. Biggest unlock for me will likely be the Vault (their savings account i think?) though. 7% on savings will be great.

I love this app because it combines all features I need for my crypto in one place: depositing, buying, earning, and it also has debit card which allows me to spend my crypto for goods and services! And earning cashback in BTC is really cool!

The ability to spend from my crypto automatically is pretty magical to me. Kinda what I have been hoping for for a long time, and this time from a company I trust.

Also, being able to instantly send and receive money is awesome and pretty frictionless.
