Dear customer,
We have investigated your case carefully and report the following.
On 13th of October you ordered "N'zoth Heroic kill Boost". On the cart page of our website with using highlight red color there was written "Dear customers! The same thing could be found on your order page: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/743878264581259434/767468995519315988/unknown.png . So we suppose that the customer should contact us via Discord and have repeated it doubly. Unfortunately if Live chat due technical issues doesn't work (and it didn't work on 13th of October) we have to contact you with other ways. You wrote that you contacted us via discord and here you say that we ignore you. I'm sory but it's not true. As we see we've sent you few messages but you didn't answer. I'm sory but it's impossible to start doing order if you don't answer.
Summing up the above, we can conclude that we didn't ignore you, and you did not actually write to us, so your review is defamatory. Our team is very saddened by such actions on your part. The money for the order will be refunded by Paypal team soon.

I'm sory but we can't accept your feedback and believe it is based on libel. (My application will be confirmed by the screenshots below)
Let us decribe this situation.
You added us in Battle.net and explained that you were the new player and wanted to buy the Glacial Tidestorm mount. You have got the answer ( https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/716672425571385407/753038132084998144/1.png?width=1442&height=181 ) that we would do it on Thursday, at 20:15 server time for 430k gold.
After that, you said that you missing 420k and you asked if our manage could give advice on how to get the missing amount.
He doesn't know how to get it, that's why he continued talking to you.
Then there was the key moment where our manager sympathized with you ( "ah" ) and gave a clear answer (https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/737354312052899991/753021338511474728/123.png) that best offer was giving you a 10k discount. Actually, It seems to us that this could have ended because we gave you a clear answer to your problem. And moreover, you agreed to our offer, you agreed to our proposal, although you could write that a 10k discount won't help you. Nevertheless, in addition to this irrefutable proof of our innocence, we also would like to highlight a few more points.
Firstly, it took only 5 minutes to explain that there was not even little chance to do it for 10k gold. We are all ordinary people and this job requires from the manager 6/7 days a week, 7 hours a day. And we believe that it's not unusual if a person could incorrectly read your messages after 7 hours of working in front of a computer. Please notice that there was no messages from us that your spot is booked or reserved so we don't have any idea why you thought it was and why you thought the price was 10k gold. You haven't paid with in-game currency and we even don't have this order on our website. We don't see any legal things that prove you've got a 10k offer and and reserved spot in the raid. We agree that if you had waited 2 days before the raid, and then we would have canceled it - then it would be our mistake. But we practically immediately corrected ourselves and said that there was a misunderstanding.
Secondly, you did read the rules but haven't read your own chat. We have read our correspondence again and found there was the clear statement - "we can do a 10k discount" ( https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/737354312052899991/753021338511474728/123.png ). The problem is that you misunderstood us.
Thirdly, you yourself admitted that you did not read our message, sent 5 minutes after the incident, but, nevertheless, wrote a review:

For some reason, in your review, you forgot to indicate that you scammed our second manager. You claim you didn't see my last message ( When I said that there was a misunderstanding and we could not do you a favor) . Based on all of the above, we tend to believe that your review is far-fetched, does not correspond to reality and was accompanied by an attempt to blackmail in order to get a good service for a song.
