Had to return an item purchased. Replied to my message really quickly and advised what I needed to do and my replacement turned up straight away. Great service and company to work with.

Absolutely shocking service, avoid at all costs!
Claimed next day delivery, after three weeks and no reply from multiple emails to customer support , I contacted pay-pal to request a refund, and surprise surprise they sent the item out, still no contact from the supplier.
Reading other reviews it would appear that this is a common theme

Only use the once and found their sizing to be a little bit off as item purchased was too big for my wrist. I could have sent it back, but the process seemed lengthy and confusing.

This is going to be a difficult review to write. The Bracelet (I finally ended up with a Siren) is not just good but great - I love it to bits and it has already had lots of days out afloat on my boat (even in winter). As a quality product I'd happily recommend it. BUT - getting it was a nightmare as non-arrival, a change of item (they had run out of my chosen item) and then very slow responses to my emails left me thinking that this was actually a scam. It would be a shame if a nice product got dragged down by poor customer service. If it wasn't for this, I'd have happily given it 5 stars!

Ordered two Bracelets in size Med they sent one of them is size Large have now sent them 5 emails and tried an email from another account just in case they were going into their junk. No response at all. No tel number so will now take it up with my bank. Product and delivery was ok but their communications are non existent. Be warned.

I ordered a bracelet in the small size. It arrived very promptly and as advertised. Sadly because I have really small wrists it was too big. I returned it and was refunded without quibble and promptly. This is obviously an ethical business. Such a shame I wasn't able to wear the bracelet.
