Fantastic dice and fantastic customer service.

I was not part of the Kickstarter, and I've only had excellent service. They have some of the coolest dice available (outside of incredibly expensive handmade dice). I hate that other people had a bad experience but I won't stop buying their dice as long as they are making some of the best ones out there.

Their kickstarter was dceptive, owners are awful and rude.

They have some cool dice. That's about it. About 90% of what you read about their Kickstarter handling is true, and not exaggerated. Figuring it was issues arising due to unexpected success and volume, incl. some truly subpar customer service handling and communication i decided to give them another chance.
Sadly they disappoint again, when they offer RAW dice, and three full sets have concave sides on all d6's (specifically the one side). I assumed that this would be below their 'proud' quality level, that they supposedly controle for. However, Kraken claims this to be normal, despite this not being the case on previously bought RAW dice, nor any other dice in the set, the problem was only found on - every single - of the d6's. They also claim that this does not affect the dice, though i do not see how this can be when those sides will need to be polished more than the other sides, this is especially true for the ones that are so extremely concave that the number 1 will likely be gone by the time it's been polished flat.
To add to the shadyness they heavily edit their social media presences to remove or not allow any negative posts or even reviews. They ask for customers to review their items on their site, but they have to be approved, and you can bet that not a single bad one will ever show up.
Also worth adding they regularly get small numbers of their product, so that you have to hurry in the hope of getting specific dice and then they leave it open whether or not they will restock. So up to each person to decide if they want to go through the hassle of getting 'limited stock' dice or just hope to snatch them at a later re release - which incidentally they are also bad at communicating out.

They need better quality control.
They sent be dice with a dead bug in them (granted it was a free promo set) but the dice I had ordered where completely different colour to the picture.

I posted a review but it didn’t appear on their website, lots of other 5-4 start reviews did, mostly saying similar “the colour is different”
But not my 1star.

When I reached out to them they simply said “when you order more dice let us know to place the bug set and we will”

As if i am giving them more money, shipping isn’t cheap to where I am.
I just wanted to let them know their quality control is utterly terrible (I doubt they have one the things I’ve heard)
