Dreadful - avoid at all costs. I placed an order as a gift for my friend which arrived 3 months late - shipped from China - and when it arrived it was (a) the wrong product (Not the 'Harry Potter' castle shown on the website) and (b) really poor quality. My friend sent me photos and it was nothing like the images shown on the website. So all round really embarrassing, as it was basically a totally rubbish gift that I paid $54 for - it looked like it costs $5. After many emails to the company they said I could either pay a huge shipping fee to have the wrong product returned to China, or receive a 50% refund. I said yes to the 50% refund. FOUR MONTHS LATER I am still chasing for this refund, and "Sam" is now ignoring my emails completely. So that's why I am writing this review. I feel like I've been scammed. Absolutely do not buy from this company.

After almost five months of trying. Sam at Kraken Seat still ignores my emails and at very best responds wit the same BS. We are investigating blah blah. I am speaking with accounts blah blah. No Sam is doing nothing. This company is useless. Sam is a wast of space. I bought the hogwarts pad and nothing. I have bought from them before but that order took forever to arrive. No one in this company cares. or knows whats going on. Doesn't not know how to deal with customers. Does not care about customers. A waste of time and money. Do not buy from them.

I ordered a product from this company on February 1st 2021 (hopeful that it would arrive before Valentine's Day: it should take 2-3 weeks, so perhaps I was a little optimistic). The online website tracking was unhelpful, saying my product had arrived, when in reality it hadn't.

It took me a week or two of emailing and reading and rereading emails to find they had left me a tracking number with a postal service. That actually tracks where my delivery is. It took until March 23th before my order even showed up on that system. Almost 2 months.

And now here I am, April 7th, writing a review on this place because I came digging thinking I had been scammed. I believe that this website and company are legitimate, but do not handle customer service well and have serious delivery issues.

Very slow delivery of first order. Second order still has not arrived. I have sent three emails and get the same default reply. We will send this to our team and respond as soon as we can. Two months later. Nothing.
