I ordered glp-1 paid through Klarna. Couple of days later krancier email says finish your order but I had so I emailed them. I told them to cancel the order. Then I got on to Klarna told them order was cancelled but when they asked krancier they said it wasn’t cancelled. So Klarna took all the payments and I never got anything for my money. Krancier have been telling me since may they have refunded me but they haven’t. So lesson learnt I won t be using krancier or Klarna again

FAKE PRODUCT - does not work. Took ages to arrive and when asked for a refund told I would only get 30% back and if I wanted a full refund it would cost more for me to return it . So you can’t win it’s all lies on their site . Incident 30% however your led to believe you can have 100% if not happy .please avoid buying it does not work !!

Took money from my account, no order arrived. Despite emailing daily....no response!!!! SCAMMERS

I completed the dose did not work definitely fake I requested a refund was not given no compensation either took ages to arrive please avoid buying from this company

Like the other reviews it was too good to be true
I’ve taken 5 doses. My instructions were to take one capsule once a week after meals. I’ve taken 5 doses and have not lost one ounce. So there it is.

Took 2. Payments from my bank a/c not the 1 I expected. Customer service is non existent. Unable to get refund or explanation. Been trying to get resolution since 26/06/25. Given up. Dodgy site. Steer clear. SCAM

I ordered over 2 weeks ago money taken from account for 3 boxes got junk email saying purchase not complete for 2 boxes still waiting now email saying goods on way will wait and see what arrives if anything

I cancelled my order as I changed my mind to use this product, as I was very unsure about it. I sent an email to Kranicer and they assured me it was cancelled. This morning I checked my bank account and money has gone out via Klarna, so the order has not been cancelled properly by Kranicer with Klarna. Not happy with this company at all. I want my payment refunded.

lied on their advert that product was made and endorsed in UK when it arrived it had the USA flag on the box with no instructions for use! But would you really trust this - it could be anything and if it was as good as they say the NHS would of dished it out
I’ve fought this company for a full refund as the advert stated if not happy you can return but they expect you to return to china!
AWFUL! LYING THROUGH THEIR TEETH! FALSE CLAIMS! FALSE DESCRIPTION ! APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE! AVOID
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

If there was a minus, I’d give them that! 15 days for my order to arrive; 4 emails sent asking for updates-not one response.
No instructions as to how to use the drops I ordered.
Worst company ever!!!!!!

I had to cancel my order as the product I had ordered was not suitable for me. I received an email confirming that the order was cancelled and I would receive a refund that was o the 9th June today the 28th no refund yet. But an email stating that if had been issued still no refund

I don’t believe this companies selling strategy. It clearly states that is based in the UK 🇬🇧 you get a 48 hr delivery service. It says it’s recognised by the Mayo Clinic, The MRHA, and leading scientific specialists.

Yet I decided to buy the full package of 10 bottles. To put 2 drips under the tongue 2-3 times a day.

I’m not excessively over weight needed to lose a stone or two. But this portrays itself as the miracle better than the most expensive ref munjaro, Ozempic and Saxenda and Wevgovy.

Well it’s not although it offers itself as a 180 day guarantee which I’m pursuing. I certainly think this product is a con.

If it’s in from China 🇨🇳 as per usual so is most probably some toxic rubbish being put together.

When you get your boxed bottles, there are no instructions on how to administer on the box and no leaflet instructions.

Save your money and don’t be fooled like me who saw a cheap deal and went with it.
Suspect they are laughing all the way to the bank.

I’m embarrassed for being so easy taken in. When you try to contact them it’s to no avail.
