It took a few days for the shipment to get to the delivery service but as soon as it did, I was contacted immediately to let me know it has shipped, and also they gave me the tracking info at that time. Since I live in Las Vegas I had the package the next day. I have owned Krankz headphones previously and loved the quality, the sound, comfort, and run time I not only repurchased a pair for myself but I also bought 3 more as Christmas presents. I wasted no time charging them and have been playing them non stop since they've arrived!! Love them and the new black color looks better in person than the pics give it justice.

Excellent product at fair price. Free shipping but it took a long two weeks for delivery. Uneven communication with regard to tracking. Overall positive experience that could've been great

Ordered Jan 30th for an additional Valentines gift, slowest shipping won't arrive til Feb 24th

Horrible customer service, I can't even get a return label so I'm out $100 bucks

The headphones sound amazing I use them every time I fly and I have had other big name headphones and nothing better then these
