Betreft TROUW en DE STEM DPG

Betreft TROUW en De STEM
Automatische betaling voor zaterdagkrant.
Nu andere bank zo ander nummer.
Betaling 10 maart en 21 maart na aanmaning via nieuw banknummer
Zo in maart 2 x betaald.
Administratieve fout bij Trouw op schouder consument.
Tijdens periode géén zaterdagkrant ontvangen maar wel betaald.
Contact Trouw en DE Stem is hopeloos.
Bij géén goed oplossing stornering betaling 10 maart 2022.
Het is en blijft een rotzootje bij DPG m.n. betreffende de bezorging.
Vrijdag 1 april géén bezorging DE STEM.
Zaterdag, 2 april géén bezorging DE STEM en TROUW.
Doordat er géén enkele verbetering in zit en regelmatig ergenis door géén bezorging en eindeloos aan de telefoon hangen besloten om zaterdag, 2 april beide abonnementen op te zeggen.
Beter géén kranten dan ergenis over géén bezorging.
Het lijkt er op dat DPG maar heeft besloten om in Dongen helemaal géén kranten meer te bezorgen vanf 1 april tot nu toe.
Een reden wordt op géén enkele manier opgegeven.
DPG is en blijft een arrogante organisatie zoals wel meer organisaties in Nederland
