Helpful Service, Coordination Needs Improvement
The customer service team was helpful and provided clear information at the beginning of the process. They took the time to explain the system and answered our questions well, which gave us confidence moving forward.
That said, some parts of the installation did not go as smoothly as expected. The solar panel installation took three days, partly due to the absence of optimizers, which caused some delays. The batteries were delivered after the panels were installed, and we were told that someone would be sent to help move these heavy batteries inside the house. Unfortunately, this has not happened yet.
There also seemed to be some coordination challenges between the solar installation team and the electrician. The electrician did contact us and scheduled an appointment for January 2026, but we are still waiting for the final electrical installation to be completed.
Overall, the initial communication was positive, but the installation process and coordination could be improved. With better coordination, the experience could be much smoother.
