I was injured at work & my fault for waiting so long before seeking an attorney. Long story short, the insurance company gave me a run around & held my money for month(s) at times. WC doctors tried to push me around with limited options & rush my decisions before my 90days. Do yourself & family a favor, seek an attorney asap.

Mr. Onwudinjo turned out to be very good. I did not trust him at first but he was very patient, knowledgeable about worker comp-law and he answered all questions until I understood. He was always willing to listen to me, explain my options and advocated for me.His paralegal was very helpful and supportive too. I highly recommend his services.

I feel that my lawyer was actually working with the workers comp lawyer, to get me to take little as possible for settlement. They did fight to make sure all medical bills were paid. The insurance company was late paying me for the medical bills I paid because they wouldn't. I think if I wouldn't have called Jason Krasno himself , nothing would have been done. Do I recommend them. No. Am I happy with the results No. I should have listened to my husband's gut feeling and got another lawyer. I could have gotten better results.

Andrew Onwudingo is a very capable and thorough attorney who helped me with a work comp settlement. He was available to me almost any time or day that I had a panic attack or question or problem throughout the process.

Personally I believe my assigned llWorkers Compensation Representative should have performed a much better investigation regarding my L-Spine, C-Spine injuries with a Medical Practitioner who cared more about the money instead of the healing process not covered by my personal health insurance and prescribed me some kind of pain meds.

Til this day, I still suffer in extreme pain L-Spine closely aggravated by Workers Compensation Concentra Physical Therapy that started immediately February 12, 2018 Date of Injury causing more injury to my L and C Spines for 3 weeks. My Treatments Concentra WC Physician ordered L-Spine MRI then cancelled future PT and ordered Pain Management that was denied by Employer on March 1, 2018.

Without Pain Management and Treatment by Attorney Saad Aslam suggested Pain Management Specialist who just examined me ordered C-Spine MRI, and PT, WatervTherapy, Tens Unit were all denied by Workers Compensation as well as my private health insurance
Left me feeling worse. Difficulty bending back, stretching, reaching, pulling, shoving, cleaning
Washing Clothes and Folding Clothing, standing for long periods of time as well as sitting. Sleeping is disturbed cannot find comfortable spot on sides, back, stomach. Dr. Janerich brought me into office quick checked me out in 15 minutes without prescription then schedule future appointments then call and cancel.

Now I have to pay all out of pocket medical expenses including but not limited to prescriptions (CBD oil), C-Spine (left shoulder blade, trapezius,, neck base of skul), Chiropractic, Accupuncture, etc., which is not far. Spherion , a Temp Agency. Started my job on 01/19/2018 through 02/12/2018 @ 40 hours per week at a pay rate of $8.50. I have not worked for anyone since 02/12/2018. Have no money left due to copayments, prescriptions, medical diagnostic testing, specialists

Trion should both have been liable too. The WRI happened on their premises company time during work hours. They pay extra money to Spherion for me and they should be also have been legible for a monetary award much more than $28,000.00 that doesn't even cover transportation Taxi, LCTA costs, wasting time waiting for rides to arrive, having to walk if miss your connection then money left for all above medical xpensive falling lt knees bu seated up, C-Spine left shoulder blade brings on numbness went bent down to wrist, hand, fingertips. In addition to continuing migraines from neck injury.

I personally feel I should have met personally with my Attorney reviewed my case thoroughly and not spoke over phone on all four occasions or communicated through personal secretaries, who appeared unprofessional at times. Instead of meeting at hearings for first time.

Now I cannot work anymore lost mobility in knees (Euflexxa in both knees), difficultly picking up feet to wake, weak left arm, hand, fingers (no heavy lifting), and from loud noises at Warehouse frequent playing of loud music full 8 hours and horns blowing from machines driving through developed hearing Loss both ears causing Tinnitus required hearing aids my personal insurance does not cover.
