reliable Company fast easy and smooth process

The worst moving experience I had so far.
Movers came late more than an hour. No communication from the company, I had to keep calling them to get any info from them. Then they came and worked very slowly, didn't use trolleys. The worst came later. I left to get to the destination myself and they left at the same time. It took them 5+ h to move my stuff 60 km. They claimed it was traffic but I don't believe it. Once again, no communication from them. The movers just kept giving me new ETA and kept rescheduling. The office people did absolutely nothing, just kept getting "someone will call you". After much phone calls and insisting I'm not paying for that they finally agreed to give me some "discount" (felt more like I paid for real time the work while have taken). No explanations of delay, no attempt to make it right, customer service? Never heard of it. You would get better service from random Facebook guys.
They also dropped my stuff, ignored my instructions and scratched their car on a wall trying to park it lol

I can't express how grateful I am for the outstanding service I received. The team was not only incredibly professional but also kind, making a difficult task like moving my 6000 sq ft home feel so much less stressful. Their support made a difference during what could have been a very overwhelming experience. Thank you for all your help!

These are the worst people with whom I have ever dealt. They quoted me a price and I paid it and then they held my contents of the truck for ransom demanding almost 50% more money. I paid them a partial amount in cash and then two months later they took almost $3000 out of my credit card. I just applied to get back my money.

I have used Kratos service in the past , they were awesome, this is my 2nd time, and I am sure I would use them again in the future. I did request Elvin and Emil to return for the 2nd trip because these guys are really good, Emil could not make it the 2nd trip, but we met Rovshen.

This couch has been a hassle for other mover's. Other movers have actually carried this couch up the stairs five flights. Your guys paused assessed the situation and they took the couch apart carried out easily and actually it fit in the elevator then into my apartment and put the couch back together. The way your company worked helped in taking care of my property. I'm very happy with their service. I will recommend you guys and use your services again.
