Very good quality good goods and customer service
Very good quality goods (travel mugs) and quick delivery.
Customer service excellent. When I was sent the wrong mug (HMS Prince Of Wales instead of HMS Queen Elizabeth) the error was corrected and I received the correct item in two working days. Also, I did not have to return the incorrect item and told to keep it as a gift.
