Bought 4 pack and all my toilets are still staining.Cleaned and installed. It has been installed less than a month and stains are forming as usual. A WASTE of MONEY

I HATE IT. It only draws water out of your toilet. I can't believe that I fell for this scam.

I got the Krazy Klean Pro and have it in my tanks but im still getting stains . So if i return it to the company I have to pay the return shipping which cost half of what I paid for them that crazy for me to return them and only get half of my money back . If the product was as good as they say it is then they should stand behind there product and pay for return shipping also. My order number was 111352 to prove that i did try it and it didnt live up to what you said it would do. That way im writing this stand behind your product and refund peoples money if it didnt work for them.

Horrible Customer Service
Purchased 8/15/23 and worked great for 3, maybe 4 months then stopped as advertised. Company stated return for refund, which I did, they received 4/19/24. Never got a refund, they blocked me from Facebook and Instagram, can't contact thru FB Messenger because they blocked me there as well. $99 is quite a bit to lose in this economy. They do NOT stand by their warranty at all.

Product does not work! I have been trying for months to return the items. They have said they emailed me some questions and the product return address, they haven’t. Do NOT buy from this company, they will not honor their return policy.

I cut one open and found 4 small magnets set opposite of each other which could not have much of the tank water pass between them. In theory it may help but in this application I believe the magnetic field is way under powered to effect the water

I ordered two krazey clean tolit boul cleaners was charged 74.95 to my credit card and NEVER RECEIVED THEM. I called the company and informed them of my issue. The lady got very rude with me and said our records show thay were delivered. I said no thay weren't. I live by myself and did not receive what I paid for. I was ripped off and demanded a refund. She said tuff. And hung up on me. I an upset and ripped off from this company.

Should be 0 stars. Product is Useless. Says $ money back guarantee, but they do not respond to correspondence so one never gets their money back despite having returned items as they wish on their flyer. It was not as if it was only one that did not work. I bought five and five did not work. 100% failure rate. We returned the product returned well over a month ago, still no response.

Doesn’t work at all
Bought 8, for my 3 home toilets and 4 office. Not only do they have to be cleaned just as often, the one at the house that NEVER gets used has to be cleaned too.
These items are worthless.

Well I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before buying this scam of a product. It did nothing! I emailed the company about having to pay for the return fee. They responded and made me think that they were going to return the $15.70 it cost me to send this back from California. Well after I sent it and got the refund of course they did not refund the return shipping fee. Do not buy this product. Not only does it not work, but they’re very shady in terms of how they communicate with you.

It worked......for 10 days, not 10 years like they say. What a bunch of crap this product is. You should be ashamed of yourselves scamming people like this. Well, there is one redeeming fact. KARMA. It WILL come back to you as it always does and it will cost you more than what you got scamming people. Do unto others as you would want done to you. Shame on you!

I ordered the Krazy Klean Pro 10-year toilet bowl cleaner several months ago but it doesn’t work. Before I started using it I thoroughly cleaned my toilet bowl as instructed and within a few weeks my toilet bowl started turning a pink colour, then a disgusting black mold like residue built up around the water line. I contacted their customer service and they kindly sent me a pumice stone free of charge to clean my toilet bowl. I scrubbed with the pumice stone and once again a few weeks later the pink coloured residue is back. I was told before purchasing it that if it doesn’t work I will get my money back. I contacted them again and I was told if I sent it back I would receive a refund. However, I live in Canada and I was instructed to return it to a Florida address which would cost far more than what I paid for the product. I was totally scammed. I’ll be reviewing this product all over the internet to make sure no one else has the same terrible experience I had with these scam artists. 😡
UPDATE: After several complaints they gave me a partial refund… better than nothing I guess.

They sent me some sort of a booster unit free of charge and it works better than before but I still have to clean my toilet bowl as stains keep appearing.

Don’t waste your money. I fell for it and tried it on two different toilets. After a week and a half there was black residue at the waterline in the toilet bowl. A scrubber had to be used. I feel ridiculous that I fell for it and spent that much money on something that I thought was going to work and didn’t.

All these morons, who probably didn't take the cap off (most likely voted for bobo or marge) it works great as long as you're smart enough to read and comprehend the directions

I have a low flow toilet. My Krazy Klean doesn’t work and I’m not happy with my purchase.

I can’t believe I fell for this. I purchased two of these and after several months it literally does nothing. When I contacted customer service for a refund, their response was “scientifically it can’t not work”. Such a scam but honestly I’m the fool who got suckered. Also when I first purchased the product, the money was taken from my bank account but I never got a purchase confirmation or any email regarding the product, and after 3 months they finally sent me what I paid for months prior. Never trust reviews on someone’s website.
Update: we had to have a plumber come fix our toilets mechanical issues, and he said to get that magnet out of our toilets.

This product is not all it's made up to be. It does help with the scum in toilet bowl but only slightly. You still have the scum line and have to clean your toilets. They even sent me the pumice stone for free to do inside the tanks. Which they never mention anything about a pumice stone at all. The product is over hyped and over priced wish i didn't waste the money

This product does not work at all. It is complete junk. I still had brown stains in my toilet, even though I had cleaned it very thoroughly before with a pumice stone.
The company requires that you ship them back on your own dime. But who wants to pull them out of the tank after they’ve been in there for several weeks,dry them off and put them in a box and pay for shipping. They’re not an honest company and they don’t have a good product. Don’t waste your money or your time.

Total crap (pardon the language). Bought two and before installing them I cleaned with pumice stone as directed. Installed the Krazy Kleans and three weeks later had noticeable rings around the toilet bowl. Keep in mind that I have a soft water system so keeping the bowl clean should be a snap. Not so. I have had the units for several months and have cleaned several times and always the same result.
Total waste of money.

Just to be very clear this product is nothing but false claims. Big mistake on my part as this is the typical too good to be true scams. Such a disappointment and waste of money!

I’m glad I didn’t recommend to family and friends until after I used for several months.
