Terrible after sales service and promised delivery which is not lived up to

Bought an item from Krea.fr via Maison du Monde and immediately received a message from Krea.fr that the item had been registered as a sale and soon hereafter that it had been delivered to the delivery agent. Hereafter no news…
A week later - without being able to contact Krea.fr as the number in their e-mail confirmation is out of order, I have received a message that the item will be delivered tomorrow… A delay that no one had warned me about.
krea.fr and maison du monde have a terrible after sales service !

Your order was received on 30/06 and shipped the very next day, on 01/07. Since then, it has been in the hands of the carrier, an external service provider. As stated at the time of purchase, delivery takes 4 to 5 business days (excluding weekends). We apologize for the slight delay — occasional issues can arise, especially during busy periods.

The tracking link was sent to you so you could follow your parcel in real time.
