This company pretends to have a job opening, and sends out an assignment that is a case study task of IKEA India: Organizational alignment challenges. This assignment involves an analysis of a Deloitte-Marzo 9S model. This "Deloitte-Marzo 9S" model does not exist.

In the assignment, you get three attempts to list the 9Ss, but it does not matter what you fill out. The answer will be scored as wrong and the result will be rejection. Some time later, they will approach you with the offer to do a training course with them for payment.

If they ask you about the 9S model, it's a scam so that you purchase an online article or their training course.

I was invited to an interview, but the first question required purchasing a paid article. This isn’t a real interview—it’s a scam designed to make candidates buy their course or an unrelated paper. The whole process felt shady, and I wasted two days on it.

Received an email that asked me to apply for the data analyst internship program. Received a case study that involved analysing a case study through the 9S framework. Fair enough, however, the 9S framework, did not exist outside of a site called ‘Insight Ledger’. 2 articles behind a pay wall that I had to pay for, to answer the case study task. I think I did extremely well considering it was extremely easy and not related to Data Analysis at all. But i’ve received no answers, not even a rejection email. The HR person that asked me to apply now won’t answer my emails. I think it was a plot to get people to subscribe to Insight Ledger, a useless website.

During application process they gave me a case study with Deloitte 9S framework, to start with, it has never been from Deloitte and there are no trustworthy scientific papers on 9S framework (there is one from the journal, with no original citations of where they took 9S from). Meaning the task given was impossible. I saw the reviews that people were offered courses instead of the job, and this looks absolutely insane.

I don't typically write reviews, but I was hesitant about joining this training and sought reviews to help me decide. The overwhelmingly positive Trustpilot score convinced me to enroll, despite a few concerning negative reviews. Now that I've completed the program, I truly regret my decision. Beyond the cost (which is reasonable by industry standards), I most regret the wasted time.
The project management training was primarily theoretical and lecture-based, featuring outdated and excessively long presentations (sometimes exceeding 85 slides per session). While there were group activities, time for meaningful reflection and discussion was severely limited. The format resembled a first-year bachelor's course—present group assignments, receive superficial feedback, then move to the next topic. The training quality needs significant improvement.
Most disappointing was the misleading promotion. They advertise a genuine chance for internship/employment opportunities after completing the training, which attracts considerable interest. This isn't authentic. To my knowledge, no one from my cohort found an opportunity. They disguise this well by encouraging applications for open positions midway through training, but rarely invite anyone for interviews or offer actual opportunities.
I have no issue with a company using training as a business model. However, they shouldn't misrepresent it as a pathway to employment and should focus on improving their training quality instead of making empty promises.

I recently completed the 5-week Corporate Finance hands-on-training program with KreativStorm, and I must say the experience was well worth it!

I applied for a job position through a recruitment partner of theirs called "TalentKompass Deutschland," and Kreativstorm quickly turned me down for it. The problem is: some time later, they came back to pitch me on a paid training program teaching the exact skill set required by the job I had applied for.

I thought that was weird, so I looked them up online and found many people saying they were a scam. I have to say, that being the case wouldn't surprise me given my experience with them.

It's frustrating that saying as much here prompted a months-long battle between me and them. Kreativstorm has attempted to remove this review of mine 5 times now by flagging it, and have even sent me emails asking me to "reconsider" it. I'm just tired of this petty thing, and I hope this is the last time that I edit this review and that the Content Integrity Team from Trustpilot has to bother with this.

I would advise against giving personal data, like your email address, to Kreativstorm. I could say more, but let's just leave it at that.
