Ordered a shirt and pants. Never came. I submitted a costumer service ticket and emailed but never heard back. They just took my money and gave me nothing in return.

I´m pretty much disappointed with this shop. I ordered sticks with videos and audios of Srila Prabhupada. The videostick is broken from the beginning and the audio is such a bad quality. They took quite some money and I feel cheated.

I have ordered from Krishna store many times and have received everything in reasonable time and in perfect condition. I love the access to the unchanged books. It's key to have access to Prabhupada and to do that you need to follow his orders, one of which being to not change a word of his books, and Krishna Store is the only place I can find the original versions.. I feel Iskcon will make negative reviews about Krishna store because Iskcon is against the original books. That being said there is always the chance for some problem buying from anywhere, but I have only experienced professionalism from them.

My order was placed in October 2024, I have not received anything. They don’t answer the mail I send to ask where it is. They don’t answer their mail when I asked for my money back. Very disappointed in them.

They are liar. On the website everywhere it is stated, it is european store. I ordered from them, because i needed the items sooner as 2 weeks. So in europe the post is usually 1-3 days. And then all of sudden, it is coming a message, that the item are shipped directly from India and it takes 10-14 days to arrive!!!! So, thank you. I have not the item i needed for the occasion it should be. They are just lying they are european shop to get customers from europe.

These people sent me gopichandana with an extremely strong chemical frgrance after explicitly claiming on their site that their gopichandan is free of any aritificial fragrance.

From this, you can judge their trustworthiness and quality of products. They deleted my review on their website Stay away from these scammers.

I feel blessed to have Krishna Store, the only online store where i can get Srila Prabhupada's original books! Sometimes i get my order within a week, sometimes 2 weeks depending which day i order because they ship out books 2 times a week. Orders from India can take time, they have to cross the Ocean and India is behind the times in certain ways compared to the US. But, i have always gotten top quality items from them and paid much less than other stores at the same time. They do not mark up the cost of the books either, they only want to distribute, so whatever they paid for printing and shipping is what they charge!!!

That wouldn't be a problem, but DHL is the carrier, and that's mistake .

I have no idea why DHL has a problem with my address, but they do, and it's stuck in Indianapolis. I'm not driving 40 miles to INDY, I'll just cancel the order and dispute the charge on my card.

I just used to buy something 2 times. The first time was my mistake of not reading carefully the description and receiving a hoodie for a child size. The second time I bought a silver necklace max size, but, received a necklace for children. I am making a complaint on the website, Madhudvisa "Prabhu" responded to me was my error in buying the wrong size. Now, because my family is commercial from generation to generation, I understand he in stock has only that and must sell that, all in the name of Krishna etc. They don't understand people don't buy anymore and write reviews here to open the eyes of those who fortunately read what Krishna stores in reality doing. Good luck.

Seller sent wrong item and refused consistently to admitting their mistake. Lodged complaint with PayPal and got refunded. Stay away from this dishonest seller.

The store advertises as UK but my entire order came from India so there is unadvertised delay in receiving the goods. I bought a selection of incense sticks and oils but they have ended up in the bin since I have no desire to enter into disputes and returning the goods to India.

The sticks came foil wrapped which seems a good sign however, the sticks though outwardly a different colour smelt nothing like ones I have purchased elsewhere and indeed though ostensibly "temple" grade and of different fragrances they had the same chemical/lighter fuel like smell.

The reason they were binned is that my lungs feel bad after having tried the assortment and hence the reason for this review i.e. not only is the product not of decent quality, certainly not temple grade, but I strongly suspect it may pose a health hazard.

After reading comments on here after I already bought a Kurta and yoga pants, I genuinely thought I'd been scammed. But just over two weeks and they have both arrived and fit fantastically. Seriously happy 😊

Don't trust them. Sometimes they send you completely different and bad quality items than listed in the online shop. When you try to review these items, then they publish only positive reviews. The critical 1 star will never be published.

When you complain about some items, than sometimes they respond and explain that it can be different than on the images in the online shop and that we are only complaining to get the money back. But when you look on the indian price in rupees, its just half the price then in the online shop. So its all just about making money.

Avoid!!

I have ordered from here twice and it took a long time to receive my order. But eventually I did get my items as described Although on the third order that I’m trying to do now I can’t get a customer service person to respond to my inquiry about a wrong shipping address so who knows if I’ll Ever get my item

Cheaters hiding behind the name of Shri Krishna. The website has name European Krishna Store but sending spam mail that they have sent the item from India. Almost a month and I have no clue. Not even an email address to inquire. I wish I had checked the Trustpilot before ordering. I am writing just so that others do n't fall pray to the cheaters. Also please file a complain with Paypal so that they removed them from their payment service and prevent people from getting cheated.

We have been using Krishnastore eu/usa regularly since 2007, and they have ALWAYS delivered. Sometimes there has been delays to Finland, but not once failed to get the product. Also one of the rare places to find the original unadulterated editions of Krishna books, wide variety with low cost. All in all 10/10. Hare Krishna

Awful, received the wrong item. One item bleed onto the other ruining it. They said they would forward to production team. Took over a month to get products. Very disappointed in experience and will not do business with them ever again. Advise the same.

I ordered a 'Complete Prabhupada Video Library USB', first it took a few months to arrive. Then when it did, they sent a faulty USB! I have been going back and forth with emails for the last few months - baring in mind, I originally ordered this in summer 2020 and it is now January 2021 and I am still trying to sort this out!!

I sent a video to the customer service and production team showing that it is not working when I've put the USB into 2 laptops and another device. Yet they replied and said that the usb is "working well and has no defects"?!! How can it be working well when it doesn't even load and comes up with an error message?!

Avoid them at all costs if you don't want to deal with a massive headache. I have seen that other people have had similar experiences with faulty products and with the company not accepting any responsibility.
