I ordered crystals and got them all in a jumble
I ordered crystals and got them all in a jumble with no labeling. I’m not very good at crystals and can’t really separate them. I’m really surprised that a well established store like this don’t lable the stones and put them in different little bags. Now it will take quite some time to figure out their names as I bought a lot and they resemble each other.

I'm sorry about this, we usually separate the all-black stones that are really difficult to distinguish and write names.
Otherwise we don't do that, but you are more than welcome to take a photo of your stones and email us and we will of course help with naming.
On the website we also have a Crystal Library where you can look, both names and meanings.

A disappointment
The raw amethist necklace that arrived at my home did not look like the one that's beeing advertised with. To big, raw, and heavy no color just not useful as a necklace.
I did have a good experience with customer service afterwards beeing able to send it back and be refunded.
