I recently found Kroma through one of my favourite artists that I follow online (that artist actually had collaborated with Kroma on a range of phone cases using their artwork).
I purchased an iPhone 11 white frame case with three backplates (so I could change them out when I felt like it) and have been using it for around a week and a bit now. I really like it so far, the frame is well made and whilst being sturdy, allows enough flexibility for me to take my phone out every now and then with ease. The case has a nice grip to it with what I can only describe as a matte finish. It just feels nice to pick up and hold.
The backplates with the artists work on are great and easy to place and take out of the frame. The quality and colour of the print is great and the frame (whilst being glossy so can pick up fingerprint smudges) is easily cleaned with a microfibre cloth.
I did have one issue with one of the plates being slightly misprinted in one corner but when I raised my issue with their support, they sent a replacement out to me as soon as they could and communicated quickly and clearly, so their customer service as far as I'm concerned is excellent.
The cases are so cute and protective! Dropped my phone dozens of times and everything is good as new. Customer service is excellent as well. After 2-3 days of using my first bumper (white) it got a little dirty/fraying on the side. I contacted customer service about it and they sent me a new bumper so promptly with express shipping - all for free! Really highly recommend their cases!
