I am very disappointed with my experience with KROMS.

I have been waiting for a response from their customer service for over a week regarding a lost order, and I have received no reply despite multiple attempts to contact them.

At this stage, I have no update on my parcel and no indication of what is being done to resolve the issue. This lack of communication is very frustrating and unprofessional.

I hope the company will improve its customer support and respond to its customers in a more timely manner.

Great product

Great product, easy to use and because of the black bars looks more elegant than others.
It does make a noise when you assemble it and bars are not so strong for heavy laundry (use of two bars would be a solution ) Two sets are enough for a washing machine of 9kg. Would recommend the product as it’s super space saver.
