There was an issue with stock availability for a pop I had ordered and paid for, after I contacted them I was offered a partial refund and advised that stock would be ordered from their supplier. Pop arrived after a couple of weeks and sent straight out, it arrived in excellent condition.

Just wanted to thank you for Ted Lasso. I ordered one originally from FunkoEurope.com in September for Christmas and I was still waiting in March !!! I’ve ordered from you and it’s come in just over a month….you never fail to deliver great service and fulfil orders as promised…….wont use anyone but you on future

Funko came nicely packaged (although, the box it was posted in was damaged, but pretty sure that was due to handling whilst in transit) it arrived much quicker than I thought it would!

Great product and speedy delivery. The little sweets put a smile on my face.

Pre order delivered 2 month after going on general sale everywhere else. I'm sure they're great for things they have in stock, but won't be pre ordering again with them.

Arrived in perfect condition. Item just took a while to arrive but good communication from seller to notify me of this.

Was very unsure when buying at first as I've not heard about the seller before.
Ordered a funko that wasnt being sold in many places and they were very expensive if they did, well priced and in beautiful condition.
I was so pleased when it was delivered a little bit late but thats not going to affect their overall review.
Most certainly will be using again.

I actually ended up cancelling my order due to confusion on my part about having ordered an item that was currently only on pre-order.

With that said, when I reached out and explained the situation I received a very courteous email and a prompt full refund.

I was a little nervous buying from this company as I hadn't heard of them before and they were the only company in the UK that had stock of the item I was looking for (a limited edition Funko Pop). The price was reasonable, though, so I thought I'd give them a try. I was delighted when my order arrived not long after placing it, though! It is exactly what I wanted and in perfect condition as it had been clearly been packed with care. I'd definitely order from Kronen-p0ps again, especially for those harder to find items!
